The Springs Resort & Spa

Wild finch restaurant was delicious. Our server Teri was great, very attentive and accommodating. Also got a couples massage with Amy and Ryder, wonderful experience. They both focused on the areas we addressed and made sure that the pressure level was what we wanted, had great communication while also maintaining a relaxed environment.

Our family had an incredible stay at The Springs Resort, starting with a wonderful check-in experience thanks to the exceptionally helpful Christina Martinez. Our room was both spotlessly clean and spacious, providing the perfect home base for our trip. The pools were a major highlight, and the kids had a blast spent jumping between them all day. We highly recommend this resort for any family looking for a seamless getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Pagosa Springs Resort is an absolutely top notch place to visit and stay! Staying at the resort was one of the most enjoyable experiences of a lifetime. Christina Martinez was so kind checking us in and made the process such a breeze and hassle free! The entire resort was clean and absolutely stunning. All the staff were incredible and polite!

Charity, Alex, and Jesus were amazing at Barefoot Grill! Their hospitality was amazing, and the food was as well. I love seeing them everytime I go to The Springs!

Kevin doesn't just provide great service; he anticipates everything you need before you even ask. He’s incredibly fast, professional, and has a personality that just lights up the whole deck. He truly made our time here unforgettable.

This whole experience was wonderful! We were greeted by the most beautifully, friendly hostess, Christina Martinez. Everything about the springs was top-notch!

This was my first time going to the springs resort. It was not only relaxing but the energy was like no other and to top it off Christina martinez one of the women working downstairs by the front desk was absolutely amazing, as someone who works with people i would hire her in a heartbeat she deserves a raise.

Visited the Hot Springs Spa today with family and had a great time. It was Monday morning so it wasn’t super busy and the weather was nice. Not too hot and not too cold. Ordered drinks at the cabana and had great conversations with Kevin. He was very professional but at the same time personable and friendly. He answered our questions and knew a lot about the area and the spa. Definitely a valuable asset for any employer!

Went to the new Spa! It has been opened for almost a year now and this space is brand new and fully upgraded! Sharon at the front desk was a delight, and so was Jess who ran the mud bath and sauna experience. Rosie, my massage therapist was fantastic! With 30 plus years of experience, she can find all the muscles that need some extra TLC, including the sartorius!

Christina Martinez was fantastic to work with at checking! Answered all questions and gave us a great lay of the land
