Really enjoyed our time spent at The Springs Resort with family. Christina Martinez and Rebecca really went above and beyond to accommodate and make my cousin’s birthday a remembering experience that we will look to do again in the future with even more family showing up.

Christina Martinez is the best front desk agent!! Just arrived and felt very cozy because of her accommodation. It’s our first time here. Definitely she’s one of thw reason why we’re gonna come back.
Rough experience. Main pool was ‘down’ for maintenance. Clothes dryer in locker room broken. No amenities (towels, plastic bags for wet clothes, locker, etc) included with Day Pass. There’s a ‘tip’ line on the bill from the front desk staff - who wasn’t very friendly.
The smell and odd things floating in the pools just comes with natural spring experiences so factor that in.
Just a poor value overall IMO.
The Eagles Peak Suite was excellent for two couples, beautiful views of the resort, spacious rooms, full kitchen complete with everything you would need for an amazing time or birthday celebration. Christina Martinez helped me plan a special birthday for my husband. She helped me with local restaurants, spa treatments, and a special gift for my husband’s birthday. Christina M. and Rebecca welcomed us with her amazing smile and attention to detail. Every visit is always special from staff, amenities and always relaxing and restorative experience.
Our experience at the Pagosa springs Resort was outstanding. Not only were the accommodations great, the hot spring pools were amazing. Elly gave me a great men’s facial. I had never had one but it was a great experience. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a wonderful romantic and relaxing getaway. It’s well worth the price.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and have an awsome shower. I would recommend the Pagosa Springs Resort to anyone who is looking for a top notch experience with top notch staff.

My trip to Pagosa Springs was so lovely from the moment we walked in great communication, beautiful building. The panorama sauna is amazing. You can do mud bath classes that are part of your stay as well as aromatherapy and warrior plunge in the river- my friend and I did it all!!!! so many hot springs we couldn’t even get to all of them the dinner at wild Finch with our server named Teri was a delight, mud with Jess was so peaceful and I also got a facial with Morgan that was so relaxing. It made me glow the rest of the nice day. Brooke was the manager who organized it all and she made very personal the thoughtful touches including a bday cake knowing that it was my birthday and I couldn’t thank her enough. Thank you Pagosa Springs Resort for a wonderful three day trip filled with relaxation and a thoughtful treats for my birthday.

Before our recent stay this February, we last stayed here five years ago before their expansion. We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent expansion. The multiple hot pools overlooking the river for resort guests including the adult only pools were outstanding. Very quiet and relaxing. The room was very quiet and nicely appointed. Dinner at the resort restaurant was excellent too. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pagosa Springs.
We had a large group of seniors on our trip to The Springs Resort and could not have been more pleased with the service, atmosphere and accommodations. The staff was amazing. The resort was exceptional. The offerings were more than we could have expected. I wish I had participated in more of the offerings but I would have had to extend my stay and find another way home. I took advantage of several things that I'd never done before such as: forest bathing, yoga in the pool, sound bathing in the pool, a sound bowl concert and meditation while in a pool, full body mud treatment followed by an over head cool water bucket dump, and I'm sure there are more that I can't recall at the moment. By the way, all of these things were included with our accommodations! Lastly, the food and coffee were exceptional as well. I highly recommend!
Our recent stay at The Springs Resort was incredible. The new addition to the property is amazing, tasteful, and blew us out of the water. The front desk hostess Valerie took wonderful care of us when we booked our stay and spa treatments. She even offered us the opportunity to be upgraded
To the San Juan Suite. The rooms are just fantastic. They are clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The manager Christina Martinez always checked on us when we came down stairs to make sure everything was perfect and always asked if there was anything she could do to improve our experience.
The new restaurant Wild Finch was excellent, the food was decedent and prepared perfectly. The waiter Morgan was attentive but not intrusive and gave us a very memorable dining experience.
If we could give the resort 10 stars we would. We will be coming back in the fall for another visit.
This resort is incredible! My wife and I traveled in from out of state and are staying here for a couple of nights. We're first timers and are very excited to try all the amenities. I just have to rave about Christina Martinez who checked us in. She immediately greeted us with a smile as we walked in, got us checked in very promptly, informed us on all the amenities and where everything is, including recommendations on some mouth-watering food and drinks to try, and answered all of our questions, very kindly and professionally. Thank you so much Christina for making this experience start off wonderfully!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Springs Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Christina Martinez. Christina was an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel valued and truly cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.
I also want to recognize Jauxnas and Rebecca for doing an amazing job. Both of them were friendly, helpful, and added to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the resort. It’s clear that the team works together to create a memorable experience for guests.
Because of Christina, Jauxnas, and Rebecca, our visit was relaxing, enjoyable, and seamless. We can’t wait to come back!
It's always a great experience at the Ponds! We are always greeted with happiness and kindness by Christina Martinez! I know it's been longer but at least for the last 5 years she's always taken care of us. This year we are trying the NEW rooms, and so far they are great! If you stay here you have to get the wrist band room keys which are new, and they make life so much easier for soaking. Now you dont have to worry about a room key as it's built into the wristband. This place is Awesome and with the great staff it's priceless!

I booked a two-night stay online, reserved one of their most expensive rooms, a king BR in the NEW main building for my wife and me. We got there at about 400pm. We were given the last king BR in an older (1970's?) crappy, two-story woody walk-up building ("the Deluxe Building"), with no view and hardly any sunlight. Lousy furniture and very dated finishes. Linens were great, overall service was good, BUT A TOTAL RIP-OFF FOR THE ROOM PRICE. The front desk told me it was because "you booked online" with no further explanation.
I recommend that you speak directly with the front desk and get an EXACT room that you want if you are discerning about your room.
We head to the resort every couple of years to get a break from the snow and cold. Pagosa keeps getting better. Their new restaurant was good. Not great but it has the potential to get there. The restaurant staff is incredible, they need to fix timing and perfect cooking techniques. We prefer to stay in the lodge as it’s very quiet. This was no exception. It was clean, quiet, and centrally located with the newest family pools right outside the door. The amenities fit our needs, although I recommend brining robes for children as theirs seem to get stolen so they don’t have enough. Can’t blame them for that. The pools have a great variety and we always meet lovely people. Shout out to Jack at Wild Finch- he was courteous and asked questions when needed regarding ingredients. As restaurant owners, we love having servers like him. To Alex H. in maintenance- we had an issue with our room vent making noise. He showed up within 10 minutes and had it fixed in about the same amount of time. Finally, and especially, to Christina Martinez- we had an unexpected appointment requiring an online meeting and she helped us extend our checkout so we could comfortably and privately deal with this situation. Not to mention, the food in town has improved over the years making it a more appealing destination. See you again in about two years!
