The Springs Resort & Spa

We had a great stay at pagosa over thanksgiving weekend. The room was perfect with a view of the mother spring. We enjoyed drinks in the old part of the lodge with live music and our bartender Rigo was great, his old fashioned was on point and was super friendly.
We were able to experience the new section of soaking tubs which were just ok, the temps were better regulated and hotter than the newer area.

What an amazing time. We got deep tissue massages with hot rocks. Extremely relaxing and added so much to our soak time. Both Elly & Lisa were knowledgeable, attentive, and great massage therapists. Well worth it!

This place is beautiful! I absolutely loved the room we were given, and Christina Martinez helped us out a ton!! She made sure that were comfortable, and had the best time for the night. She navigated us well, and we were able to get acquainted with the place really quickly. The room is beautiful, clean, and it was huge. She definitely made sure that we had the best stay for the night. She made sure to give us the best experience for our stay, and even gave us amenities in our room.
The hot springs are one of the best parts of our stay too. Absolutely amazing.

Such a beautiful day we had, sun, soaking and enjoying the river! I would like to give a special shout out to both Joey and Kevin in the cantina bar. They were so fun and made beautiful cocktails for us! Such a special day. Thank you both!

Our visit to the Springs Resort was well beyond expectations! The many, varied pools were relaxing, easily available, with every amenity needed. 24 hour availability was appreciated. The grounds were spotless, staff knowledgeable and welcoming. A foot bridge makes it easy to explore town with its many unique shops.

This is our 3rd time staying at The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs. We love the pools, the property and especially the friendly and helpful staff. Christina Martinez and Daniel J. checked us in and were incredibly welcoming and kind. When finding out it was our anniversary they sent up some champagne and truffles. It's these little things that will keep us coming back!

So happy the have recovered from floods. Matthew came around and brought us our drinks. Service was quick even considering he was the only one servicing the pools that day! Great job!
It is a bit pricey if you don't live in Pagosa but still worth the treat.

The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish, and it’s truly a place of relaxation and luxury. The facilities were pristine, the hot springs were perfectly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. I especially want to recognize Christina Martinez, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued the entire time. She spoiled rotten! Thanks to Christina and the amazing team, this was a five-star stay that we can’t wait to repeat.

I could not be happier with my stay at the Springs Resort! The facility is gorgeous with so many incredible amenities. Perfect short get-away! Every aspect of our stay was wonderful - bed was divine and room was very spacious. The springs were such a delight, we will definitely return.

We did not stay at the hotel, only visited the spa. I had a great massage. The overall spa experience was not great though. You get two hours to use the spa facility if you book a service there. That's not nearly enough time because it includes any soaking you want to do before or after your service and also your time to shower and get ready to leave. Their spa lacks basic supplies that you will find in most spa facilities. i.e. brushes, towels, sandals, beauty products. They give you one towel to start out, and the attendants seem bothered when you ask for another one. As far as provided snacks and drinks, there is only water, hot tea, and trail mix. There is a bar and snack hut where you can purchase things but again that takes away from your 2 hours.
Once your two hours is up you can use the soaking pools at the bath house, but no one could tell us how to walk over there. Everyone we asked just said to drive around so we didn't bother with it. Not sure how that side is.

Christina was so friendly and helpful with getting my little family checked in and comfortable. She gave snacks to my kids and explained all the on-site amenities to be sure we wouldn’t miss out on anything for our stay! She was happy to help with anything we needed, and went above and beyond since the moment we walked through the door! Our room is spacious, clean, beautiful, and has an amazing view of the hot springs, which has a quiet and relaxing area to enjoy. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort and it was worth every penny! Even the location is close to everything in town! Highly recommended staying at The Springs resort for an overall amazing trip!

This review will tell you everything you need to know!! Before I begin- I want to preface by saying that if you are planning to visit the Pagosa Springs - it is worth it to also book a room at the resort! My husband and I first visited the Springs for our honeymoon- but, I made the mistake of not booking a room at the resort- I can assure you, I will never visit Pagosa Springs again without staying in a room at the resort - it might seem like its more cost effective not to - but when you look at the bigger picture- youre actually loosing out on a LOT if you dont stay at the Resort! Dont miss out on the exquisite experience that the team at Pagosa Springs Resorts dedicates so much effort and care into providing for their guests. Now to share my experience staying at the resort. From the moment we arrived - every single staff member was nothing short of outstanding and provided the best service I have ever experienced anywhere else. I have been in a couple bad accidents and have had some major injuries that have resulted in me having majorly significant back problems that are very easily aggravated and flare up - which leads to me needing special accommodations for (hence the reason I love soaking in the hot springs- they help so much). Unfortunately, this visit, I had a flare up when I woke up after the first night. I didnt want to be a bother, but called the front desk to see if they could make arrangements to help - I first spoke to Suzie, who was so sweet and immediately involved senior leadership that may be able to better assist me. Susie got me connected with Christina Martinez and the general manager, Todd. My request had to be a strange one- but they didn't hesitate for even a split second. They IMMEDIATELY went into action to find something that would help me to be able to experience full enjoyment of the resort and provide the highest level of comfort for me. The lengths they both went to, to ensure that I was able to enjoy the resort to the fullest, was way beyond what most people would do. Christina Martinez was so patient with me and understanding- and she actively listened to everything I said, even if it wasn't necessarily relevant to my actual stay - she cared and she even gave us some extra goodies to make our stay even more special- just because she was genuinely listening to me babble about things that had absolutely nothing to do with the resort or our stay - just sharing things in our life that dictated what we had to do and why in normal life. Her kindness quite literally brought me to tears and turned this already very special trip, into a memory I will cherish forever. Pagosa Springs was already the destination my husband and I called "OURS" - But because of the staff at the resort, especially Christina Martinez and Todd - I can tell you that I will ONLY stay at the resort anytime I visit - and will come as often as I can. If you're looking for an EXPERIENCE and not just a trip- book a stay at the Pagosa Springs Resorts!!

We really enjoyed soaking in the various pools. We particularly enjoyed our soundbath experience with Sharon. We also enjoyed the thermal turnout with the lights.

I enjoyed the floating sound bath treatment. I do have some suggestion suggestions. The hot tub room and pool was freezing, so I didn’t feel like utilizing it after my treatment. I was only given one towel when I really needed one cow to dry off from the sound bath experience and another towel for the shower. And finally, I typically find razor blades and other shaving materials in the men’s locker room. I didn’t see any of those today.

All in all, we had a very nice experience and very much enjoyed soaking in the various pools with different temperatures.

Excellent time to soak. The pools are in great shape. Grace and Mykah in the bathhouse are always smiling and welcoming.

My wife and I came on vacation here, first one in 4 years and we were treated like royalty. The staff here is incredible! Rebecca heard about our vacation and not only upgraded our room but left us complimentary chocolate! It doesn't end there the sweetest women Christina Martinez, she absolutely hooked it up for us. From late checkout and helpful info on the area we cant recommend this place and individuals enough if your lucky to speak to Rebecca and Christina just know your in good hands . The hot springs on the hotel premises were incredible

We started coming to the Springs Resort about 10 years ago. It is truly my happy place. Over the course of all of our stays, we have stayed in each of their buildings. All of them are great. However, for this day, we upgraded to their newest building that opened in April. Our room is spectacular! It is modern, clean, and beautiful. Throughout our stay, we worked with Christina Martinez. She was so pleasant and attentive to our every need. When she found out it was my birthday, she went out of her way to make it special. If you haven’t had the opportunity to stay at the Springs Resort and experience their 24-hour access to their pools, this is a must. The Springs Resort is beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

We have been coming to the Pagosa Springs Resort for years, and each time we find something better about the experience. We love the new building and new pools—we had heard about them, but they were a great surprise to actually see. The whole trip has been outstanding. Shout out to Christina Martinez, who helped us from the first minute we got here and made our trip memorable.

The Cafe was such a pleasant experience!!!! Lindsay was SO kind and genuine and helpful - she went above and beyond to help me out on the fly with some delicious food! The paleo bowl was made because of her!!!
