Wonderful location, spectacular room and friendly service
Pros:

The room was spectacular; every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful; resort facilities were extensive and perfect location within Canyon village.

Windows in the room were a bit dirty and needed cleaning

Great Property ... but DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM to book the property (go direct or through another site)!! We had another reservation booked (after this trip) with Booking.com and the hotel said they NEVER got the reservation (but we had a confirmation AND PIN number confirming the reservation on Booking.com!). Booking.com DID NOT HONOR THEIR OWN BOOKING! and then it was too late to find another hotel during a busy time. They offered a minimal 'credit' but it was too late to find another hotel since the area was compelely booked up. I will NEVER use Booking.com again (and I used to use them all the time for persoanl and business travel).

Pros:

Magnificent Spa! I really enjoyed the afternoon after skiing going to the Steam rooms, Sauna Jacuzzi etc. The swimming pool for adult only was very nice.
