Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Clean room. Nearby restaurants and other facilities. Easy to understand instructions and directions.
Initially parking was a bit difficult but was fine afterwards. The shower didn't seem to drain properly (water didn't gravity towards the drain). The pool was unfortunately under maintenance/cleaning.

If you’re specifically craving Bicol Express, this is definitely not the place I’d recommend. The dish was underwhelming in both flavor and overall quality, especially considering the price being charged.
What makes it more disappointing is that you can find far better Bicol Express experiences around town for a much more reasonable price. For a dish that’s supposed to showcase the bold, rich, spicy flavors Bicol is known for, I expected considerably more.
The price simply doesn’t feel justified by what was served. If you’re staying at Marison Hotel and want to try Bicol Express, I’d honestly suggest exploring local restaurants in town instead.

Awful…There was an u expected security deposit that was never mentioned before I made the booking. since i paid through my international bank it takes time for the refund to be processed. You cannot check into the room you have alreasy paid unless u pay large security deposit

When I booked a three-night stay at Marison Hotel for my family, traveling from the United Kingdom, I paid the full amount online. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that we had to pay a ₱9,000 security deposit before we could check in.
I was shocked because this requirement was never communicated to me during the booking process. If I had known in advance, I could have prepared for it. What if I hadn’t had enough money to pay the deposit? We would have been unable to check into the rooms that we had already paid for.
Hotels should clearly inform guests of any required security deposit before they complete their booking to avoid unexpected surprises and inconvenience upon arrival.

Reception managers. I had a late flight with elderly mother and 9 year old child. I originally booked a deluxe twin with the assumption that adding 3 guests the beds would be 2 king beds or big enough for 2.
Turns out, the twin room was with 2 single beds not suitable for 3 and was told the room could not accommodate any extra beds. Only option I was given was an "upgrade". The booked room price had an additional 14k on top of 13k paid. Which I initially didn't realise for the late hour and travel exhaustion. As I started to ask explanation of what was taken from my credit card that night (no invoices presented at any point) I was reassured by a reception gentleman that the transaction would only take 7k on top of what I already paid for. Today I got my credit card statement: 14k.
Truly disappointing customer experience: was lied to about the charge. No transparency at all

1. The confortroom(CR) very poor, no toilet paper holder! Very small and dirty!
2. Bed real very small, my first night I could not sleep😭 because bed is not confortable(too small) just like our 3 nights to stay 😭😭! Stress, sleepless! Never again to book this hotel!
