Good hotel in the city center. Very accessible.

Readiness of the bathroom —- am sure they noticed tge bathroom sink waa clogged. This is very unsanitary.

The hotel is accessible. There are also restaurants at the hotel where you can choose to dine.

Cons:

We would like to formally raise our concern regarding the significant disturbance caused by the noise from the water pump located on the top floor of the hotel. The sound was quite disruptive and, regrettably, my family was unable to have adequate rest throughout our stay.

We reported this matter to the front desk, and we acknowledge and appreciate their prompt offer to transfer us to another room. However, we respectfully declined, as our 4-year-old daughter was already exhausted at the time, and relocating would have caused further inconvenience.

We hope this concern may be addressed to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

I love this place, I stay here every time I visit Legazpi
Pros:

Location is good, easy to get too. There is sufficient parking for cars, plus you can also take a pedicab to the mall/ other areas. Near the hotel there are banks, a massage place, and restaurants.
Breakfast is really good and filling, with a lot of regional food (really yummy) and a western food (just ok). The hotel also has several restaurants that serve good food at very reasonable prices.

Cons:

Just note that water is not potable from the tap. I wish there were more water dispensers along the hallways. Also, the doors to the shower allows water to to go out when showering so the floor outside gets wet. This is a slip risk.

Really enjoyable and highly recommended.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was superb. Room was spacious with a great bed and good shower. The cocktail bar on the top floor was also excellent.

Cons:

The advised time to return the room bond seemed lengthy. I think it was 10 -15 business days.

Solid hotel choice
Pros:

Dark room, multiple restaurants, free airport transfer, hot shower, A/C, roof top bar with volcano view, value for money

Cons:

3.30am transfer to airport for 6am flight makes no sense! It only takes 20-25 mins, so you end up 2hrs at the airport for a domestic flight. There's no reason this first transfer can't be 4.15am. In hindsight we should have hailed a Grab car for PHP350 and slept in an extra hour.

Location isn't within walking distance of anything, so you'll need to use Grab or trikes to visit downtown
