El Naranjo San Cristobal

El Hotel esta muy bonito. Cuando llegamos el de recepción ayudo micho en nuestra estancia en este Hotel, ya que llegamos muy temprano. La señora que anda limpiando y acomodando todo (no pregunte su nombre) muy amable.
El cuarto donde nos quedamos fue uno estilo cabaña el cual sus paredes de madera son muy delgadas y se escucha todo.

Excellent stay and super cool, friendly staff with great suggestions on stuff to do throughout Mexico. I would love to stay here again!

Jaime was very helpful, location is great, it was quite to sleep at night, my room was super spacious. It’s a real colonial style house with court yard. The cabanas are in the back overlooking a yard that I believe is used mostly for parking.

De lo peor!
Publicidad engañosa, ya que no ofrecen lo que dice en la plataforma de reserva.
Yo reservé una cabañas con cama queen, y no, era una matrimonial.

Desde que llegué todo mal, porque no estaba lista la habitación y me pareció raro ya que por protocolo y pandemia las habitaciones deben de estar libres y sanitizadas 24hrs antes. Aún así decidí darles el beneficio de la duda y les pedí que no importa si se tardarán más (yo llegué a las 2:45pm) pero que entregarán impecable la hab.
Al volver poco antes de las 7pm, pasé por el área común y vi botellas y latas de cerveza como de una noche antes.
Subí a mi cabaña y quedé muy decepcionada.
No olía bien, toallas viejas, piso rústico pero la madera astillaba.
Lo peor fueron los huéspedes del lado, subían y bajaban muchas veces y muy rápido que hacían que se moviera toda la estructura, y encima estaban fumando algún tipo de sustancia rara como droga, porque nos llegaba el olor por las paredes delgadas del baño.
Al hacer uso del lavamanos, la cantidad era poquita y fría.
Así que decidí pedir un cambio de habitación pero me dijeron que no era posible, que todo estaba lleno. Entonces pedí el reembolso parcial o total y dijeron que tampoco podían hacer eso.
Entré de nuevo a Expedia y aparecían hab disponibles para reservar, y se excusaron diciendo que era un error, así como lo que ponen en sus imágenes de los cuartos y servicios. Entre ellos la falta de tv.
Tuve que buscar otro hotel.
No volvería 😡😡

Big and ok-standard rooms, even though the bathroom equipment was working so-so.

The reception staff was not very helpful and not very present.

Drinking water was not clearly available.

Me encanto el lugar . Grandes cuartos con el mejor grande baño adentro . Definitivamente me quedaría ahí otra vez .

pésimo, mal trato

The hotel is well placed and the owner helped us out with a slight booking error without hesitation. Very helpful staff all round. The king size room is spacious and comes with a good heater for the cold mountain nights and if the shower isn’t hot enough, but all that separates you from the outside world is a thin door. Not ideal when the room is next to a shared toilet. Staff stayed up until around 2am chatting right next to our door which kept me awake. But otherwise, a great place.

El hotel está bien ubicado, la limpieza buena y la atención correcta.

Not so good,

I booked Hotel Naranjo for a few nights. I ended up staying for 3 weeks. I felt right at home and cannot say enough good things about this place. They helped me with my Spanish and booked every excursion I took outside the city for cheap. I will be coming back asap!

Posizione perfetta. I proprietari gentili, simpatici e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Stanze spaziosissime in una antica casa coloniale.
