Front desk personal very bad actitude terrible service from the personal of the hotel. Arrogant

This place is extremely convenient! Ypu can go anywhere by foot from here. Rooms were serviced every single day so cleanliness is superb. Informative staff was good in here!

Very polite e friendly staff.
Room is clean and comfortable and very close to all amenities.
Building conditions are very bad.

Sono Marco Altamira, da Roma, Italia. Sono stato al Paamonim, a Gerusalemme, da lunedì 20 fino a 24 febbraio 2023. La mia esperienza con Paamonim hotel è stata ECCELLENTE. Il personale è stato stupendo in ogni senso, con speciale riferimento a Mrs.Olivia, di estrema gentilezza.
Anche in riferimento a delle cortesie che mi sono capitate da chiedere, verso le quali l'hotel non aveva alcun obbligo di soddisfare, tuttavia lo hanno fatto. Inoltre, il servizio offerto fu stupendo, in particolare la colazione. Per cui ringrazio sentitamente l'eccellente attenzione di cui sono stato oggetto.

Great: Most everything was great.
The bed was comfortable.
#1 complaint is the actual ladder up to the bed. Narrow metal steps are not easy and painful to step on while using the ladder. It wouldn't take much to change this.
#2 A more comfortable chair is needed, especially since the bed cannot be conveniently used to sit on since it is so high up.

The rooms smell like mold and mildew. I had to ask to be move to another room because it didn’t feel safe

I knew from the start that the property doesn’t have an elevator, so it was no surprise that I had to walk up three flights of stairs. What was surprising is how dirty the facility and room are kept.

Le hall d'immeuble et la cage d'escalier étaient très sales et délabrés, pas d'ascenseur !

Le studio était sale surtout humide, traces plafonds et murs, quand on se douche on innonde la chambre car tout est mal fait, mal conçu, la porte de douche ne ferme pas, l'eau ne s'écoule pas mais rempli jusqu'à inonder le carré de douche et tout se déverse dans la chambre, j'ai passé 2h à éponger le sol avec les moyens du bord !
Les toilettes se bouchent l'avant dernier jour et le dernier jour c'était insupportable plus rien ne s'ecoulait !!! Pourtant je n'était pas là de la journée et suis rentrée à 3h du matin !
Je tiens quand même à préciser que le personnel était adorable ...

I found this to be a really excellent and good value option. The studio was smart with minimalist decor and made good use of space. The balcony and table offering some outdoor space was a very welcomed feature. The location was very central and convenient. Staff at check in were friendly and very helpful. True they the building housing the apartment was not the smartest, but it felt entirely safe and the studio itself was attractive. The bed being up a ladder and above the bathroom would not suit everyone- though I found it entirely comfortable. The pictures on the booking site are entirely accurate. Overall this was very good value for money and I had a great stay. Thank you!

My room was located in the different building, almost next to the main entrance of the hotel. However, the entrance and overall condition of that building was horrible (please see pictures for more details). The main door remained opened 24/7 and a lot of people were using it as a quick bathroom stop, since it's smelled like a urine. The door of the room itself had a window glass and the light was shining straight to my eyes (since the bed was positioned on the top). The room service was lazy, I got a new towels every day, but the rest of the amenities remained dirty. There is no phone in the room, so if you have any questions or concerns, you have to go to the other building. The bathroom was very tiny. If you are taller than 5'9 you won't fit in the shower. My room was facing the street, particularly a bus station, therefore, its been noisy all day and night. Breakfast is additional $15 per day. The only positive about this hotel is location, it was walking distance to the old town.

I loved every bit of the room it’s very clean and modern and the staff was very welcoming

The place was perfect for my purpose of visit. I stayed in Jerusalem for 2 nights and I was looking for an affordable solution in the city center while not sharing a room or a bathroom with others . My room was very modern and fresh , the bed was comfy nd on an amazing location .climbing the ladder to get to your bed can be tricky cause it is a steep ladder, but was not a problem for me. The staff at the adjacent hotel were really kind and were always available to help.

These studios are located on an amazing city center location, they are freshly made and nicely renovated. As previous reviews say - it is located next to Paamonim Hotel and it is in a residential building. The building itself is not nice and quite dirty but once you get into your studios - you find a fresh and clean accommodation for a very reasonable price. Again, it is a budget accommodation and it has its flows but for this price you will not find anywhere better unless you're willing to stay in a hostel with 10 other people in the room and to share a bathroom. If you're looking for a private, comfortable and clean place on an amazing location - that is your place.

The hotel was very centrally located. The room was not in the main building but several doors up the street and turned out to be a 3 Rd floor walkup. The room was clean . Very small. The loft bed which I was aware of was more difficult then I thought it would be, very steep.One of the desk clerks was rude. Others ok

Terrible! Did not even stay one night but laid and charged for all five.
Was lead out of the upmarket foyer and reception down the street to a dirty foyer and two flights of stairs into a room that was a lot smaller than pictures and was instantly bombarded with so much noise from ourside that it made my head spin. Room was sterile and bathroom tiny, ladder up to bed rickety. Was given the option for a quieter room but after the earlier shock decided to book somewhere else. No refund or compensation given. Extremely disappointed ☹️

The studio smelled awful i couldnt take the odor of the bathroom. There is no elevator i feel bad for the guy taking my luggage. The stairwell is shared with other people from the building it is dark old and dirty i was disgusted. The room service was nice and other then the smell it was clean. Great price. Friendly customer service. Delicious breakfast

This is an EXCELLENT location for those who are looking for to be near the trams, buses, shops, bars, fast food, street food, restaurants, and mini markets to buy bottled waters and snacks. It takes 20 minutes to walk to he Old City. As for the stay in this type of hotel, if you’re ONLY going to come back at night, that’s fine. Be aware that you will be climbing up and down that ladder. My problem was the smelly bathroom that smelled like urine. I guess they don’t believe in using chlorox. The bathroom was below my bed. I felt like I was sleeping on top of urine. Had to leave the window open for fresh air. Had NO CHOICE. The PROBLEM: MOSQUITOES. I didn’t sleep well.

Also, tell me why would anyone leave a smelly EXTRA blanket that smelled like someone’s under arm pits in the closet? When I opened the closet door, it was like a GUSH of left over body ODOR!

Another problem, PLEASE CHANGE THE SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES. DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY AND TIME BY MASKING THE BED AND ROOM WITH DEODORIZER SPRAY. Obviously, the people that PAAMONIM hired do not have the concept of cleanliness or maybe the ENTIRE STAFF do not have the concept of being considerate with their guests. Perhaps that was the way they treated themselves since MOST of the staff are MALES. HIRE MORE FEMALES AND LEARN ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF CLEANLINESS. What if the previous person has measles, MRSA, or other skin diseases that could be transferable to another person.
