Amazing location, hotel very nice and classy

L'emplacement est absolument parfait, sur la place centrale. Très facile à trouver (ce qui n'est pas toujours simple dans la vieille ville de Split). L'hôtel est situé au troisième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un des plus beaux bâtiments art nouveau de Split. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tenues dans un état impeccable par un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Ma chambre était à l'arrière, donc calme. Le personnel était absolument charmant. Je retournerai avec grand plaisir!
Je ne suis pas resté assez longtemps!

Convenient to the main tourist locations and spacious
The toilet continues to run for the entire duration of our stay. And a number of doors did not shut.

a localização a principio seria o ponto positivo, mas pra mim foi ruim porque muita gente na rua fazendo barulho a madrugada toda. Achei enganosa a imagem do predio como sendo o hotel. Na realidade, é apenas um andar de um predio onde funciona uma pizzaria. Quando eu cheguei no endereço fiquei tem entender, porque nao tem uma recepção no terreo. Até que interfonei e descobri que tinha que subir de elevador pra encontrar a recepção. O quarto é estranho, nao me senti confortavel, aquela coisa retrô nao funcionou pra mim. O pior de tudo é o checkout 10h, um abuso.
Great location that comes with a lot of noise which is expected. I went during low season and was able to hear all the conversations from the people downstairs in the area. After 11pm it quiet down but you definitely hear everything. With that being said, the location is great. I was able to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It can be a little bit of a maze to get to it but once you are there you will love it. There are three hotels at the same address, all using the same door (which in my case got stuck and the girl from reception came and got me). They are on the 3rd floor.
The reception is only available until 10pm so if you are arriving later than that, I'd suggest letting them know to make arrangements as no one will be there. The room was beautiful. I was transported into history. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough not to feel cramped in. The hot water was more like lukewarm than hot but it did its job.
Back to location, there is a small grocery store about 50 meters from the hotel, a bakery around the corner and many restaurants that in my case were not opened, low season and all.
Can't really think of anything I did not like.
Great location and clean spacious room
We had a lovely stay at Central Square Heritage.
The location is fantastic—right in a pedestrian-only area, surrounded by bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. It’s perfect for stepping out for a quick drink or dinner and soaking in the atmosphere.
A quick tip: call ahead before arriving, as cars can’t access the area and someone can come help with bags. It can also be a bit tricky to find at first, since there’s no large signage—just a small sign by the door—and the reception is on the 3rd floor.
We visited during the off-season, so breakfast wasn’t available, but with so many great food options just downstairs, it wasn’t an issue at all.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat and explore.
Overall, a great place to unwind in the evening while being right in the heart of everything. Would definitely recommend!
Das in der Werbung angebotene Frühstück wurde gar nicht angeboten. Dennoch ist at das Zimmer groß, gemütlich, wenn man das antike Design mag. Uns hat es gefallen…
