Great central position overlooking the central square. Large beautifully decorated room with beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable.

The location is superb and the room was large and clean! We had a nice quick stay at the hotel and the receptionist Martina was extraordinary! So helpful and friendly, and our daughter liked her very much too - such a treasure with a bright smile to greet us!
All in all we really enjoyed the hotel room and the great location. Another staff member was very rude to the receptionist, while she (the receptionist) was helping us. I felt bad for the receptionist who still managed to handle the situation in an elegant and polite way.
Location was perfect and room was huge
Good have been cleaner; stained toilet, mould in shower and sink plug stuck closed. Should include free water bottles.

No hot water on our last day. Whole building was out. TV didn't work the entire time we were there, even though we asked for it to be fixed. We asked for financial compensation For the issue of no hot water and was told I would hear back, i've sent emails and have heard nothing.

Room was a little small
We loved the location, the view, the size and comfort of the room and the bathroom and the helpfulness of the staff.
We were disappointed to learn on arrival that no breakfast was available and we were very upset that there was no hot water for the last 2 days of our stay.

We had no hot water for 2 days
Check the local holiday schedule BEFORE you book. We were booked during May 8-10th - not aware of the local celebration in which the band stand was directly out side our hotel. The last night of our stay resulted in little to no sleep as the band played until well past 1.00am.
La ubicación del hotel era inmejorable. Además se trataba de un bello edificio reformado y con salida a una plaza antes de la entrada a la ciudad antigua.
La habitación era muy espaciosa y costaba calentarla, especialmente el baño.

L'emplacement est absolument parfait, sur la place centrale. Très facile à trouver (ce qui n'est pas toujours simple dans la vieille ville de Split). L'hôtel est situé au troisième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un des plus beaux bâtiments art nouveau de Split. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tenues dans un état impeccable par un personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Ma chambre était à l'arrière, donc calme. Le personnel était absolument charmant. Je retournerai avec grand plaisir!
Je ne suis pas resté assez longtemps!
