Great sized bathroom
The hotel overall was pretty comfortable and nice, but the staff was beyond horrendous. Followed by a strange man claiming to be security. Extremely aggressive of the first approach. Tried restricting me from walking to my room claiming that I am “not allowed to walk the halls” ( my friends were next door). Extremely disappointed with the treatment of the staff. Did not feel welcome nor safe. The exchange was very direct with me expressing how uncomfortable his attitude and approach was considering the fact that quote “I am being followed everywhere I go with the cameras.- an immediate concern for my safety. The gentleman’s name was “Luke”. And again there is no staff present at check in. Or at any point in the lobby even in the broad daylight. The staff was very rude and I do not recommend staying here if you are in the mood to put up an argument and feel scared for the remainder of your stay. Thank you!
The location of the hotel was superb. Within easy reach of everything in central Split.
The hotel has no facilities like a bar, anywhere nice to sit and relax, no restaurant and you pay if you want breakfast elsewhere. Reception staff disappeared at 4pm. They leave a phone number if you need to contact them but do not answer the phone so if you need help there is literally nobody there. Security is shocking. I won’t give out the detail on here about that. The bedroom was shoddy. Cheap curtains that weren’t fitted well, really old towels and bed linen that I wouldn’t use for my dog. No milk for coffee/tea just an expensive mini bar so you don’t even get given a bottle of water for your room. This place is way over-priced for the quality of the hotel and I was really disappointed with the experience.

the location right in the middle of Split was superb. We had a family room in the attic floor that was perfect for us 2 parents and 2 adult daughters. Hotel is not the largest - it occupies the top 2 floors of the building - there are 2 other hotels on floor 1 and 2
