またお邪魔したいです
Pros:

シャワーだけではなく風呂もあり、予約が必要だが個室風呂もある。
共有スペースの漫画のラインナップも最近のものが多くセンスがある。関帝廟真前で中華街をすぐに散策できる

Really enjoyed it more than expected! the Dormy inn brand seems great
Pros:

breakfast was great, we loved using the lounge later on as well. The cabins were spacious and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of chinatown, great and easy to get to subways.

関帝廟の正に目の前で、横浜中華街の只中に泊まれる恵まれた立地。カプセルとは言え貸切風呂にサウナ、飲物ラウンジ等等共立リゾート系列の片鱗を感じさせる設備サービスの数々は高コスパ

昨年の宿泊時よりフロントの接客態度が著しく低下しており残念に思いました。すれてしまったのでしょうか、何もポジティブな歓迎の表現は見られず、受け答えはボタンの掛け違いばかり。私の接した夜勤スタッフからは面倒で億劫なオーラしか伝わって来ませんでした。
今回都合で夜遅くにしか宿入りできなかったのですが、海外で泊まる時チェックイン時にこのような扱いは受けたくないなという見本のようなレセプションの応対。
人間がホスピタリティを出し惜しみするようになったらわざわざホテルの顔として立つ存在価値はありません、フロントには更なる人件費削減でAIロボットを立たせるようお勧めします。必要な事を端的に説明してくれ不要な点はスキップもできます。こちらも時間を割いて書いておりますが、ここで詳細を指摘差し上げたいとも思えません。ご自分達でお気付きになって下さいませ。

初めてのカプセルホテル
Pros:

アメニティが良い。カプセルホテルは初めてでしたがアメニティ、シャワーヘッド、マッサージ機、至れり尽くせりで疲れた身体も癒されました。

Cons:

話し声は、やっぱり気になりますねぇ………
私も気を付けてたぶん、皆で守るルールではあると思いますが、ホテル側も何かしら対応してもらえると、もっといぃと思います。
