Ótima localização, pouco conforto.
Pros:

Localização excelente. Quase "dentro do metrô e do Shopping...

Cons:

Por se tratar de um motel de alta rotatividade há muito ruído a noite inteira. Praticamente não conseguimos dormir durante a noite.
Poderiam separar a área das pernoites dos usuários de períodos.

Achei o quarto muito sujo tinha gozo nas paredes. Acho que poderia melhorar isso. Enfim, um ambiente que parecia um matadouro e não voltaria. Para um casal que queria descansar uma noite foi péssimo. Fiquei com medo de pegar doença no local.
