It is well kept and inviting. The rooms are huge and my husband loved the recliner. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Pros:

The room could use a little more attention to cleaning behind beds, ceilings and could use a little upgrading. Riverton is limited on where to stay, so this worked for my pets and me.

Cons:

Was told I could have a late check out of 1130. Also let them know upon arrival I had a pet and was put in a pet room. Apparently this wasnt relayed to the day staff and now they've held a $100 charge for who knows what. Not impressed will not be returning.

Cons:

The water boiler quit two days after we checked in. It was a holiday weekend so no repairs. It still wasn't working when we left on Monday.

Convenient location. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Felt safe. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Smell of bug spray as soon as you walk in the building and room. No breakfast. Small beds but comfortable. Little too outdated.

Convenient to restaurants and it was clean

Cons:

Hot water heater was out but secondary sufficient for lukewarm showers. I booked online and this did not specify there was a 300 dollar hold for a two day stay nor a 3 percent increase for using a credit card. They should honor the 3rd party booking since they use it.

Will definitely be back to this awesome hotel.
Pros:

The property is in a great location, close to many amenities. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing!!!

Cons:

We had to change rooms due to the fridge not working. In the second room the tv remote didn’t work.

Pros:

Location was good. Most of staff were friendly. I did encounter one being rude. Thought customer service training would be helpful.
