Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the location is great and the view of the sea is amazing. The staff was excellent, polite and respectful. hopefully I will repeat my visit to the hotel in the near future.

Pros:

The staff were super nice and kind, the receptionist ( Zaynab) was so welcoming, helpful ,and smiling all the time. Even the people who work in the breakfast too. I highly recommend this Otel.

Not a hotel for non-Arabic tourists
Pros:

We had to wait for 30 mins although we showed our expedia reservation from 4 days earlier and also had a call the day before just to confirm. Everything was said ok. Then in the front office there was a problem of communication and attitude which led us to wait for 30 mins.

We were given a room on the 8th floor, the elevator is only up to 7 floors then you need to take the stairs but the more crucial thing is that the elevator machinery is in the 8th floor. If it works, it is really hard to sleep.
