Pros:

Really nice front desk workers. The lady in the breakfast was no help. Towels were very nice even for the pool . Lots of chlorine in the pool. The blanket on the bed was stained yellow gross. Over all clean comfly place to stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times without any problems. However, this time there were several issues: 1). The A/C in my room on the 3rd floor would not cool the room 2) the deadbolt on my door would not lock. 3) the elevator was out of order 3 of the 4 nights I was there which called for walking up and down the stairs. My husband is on disability which made this difficult - so the staff finally moved us to the 1st floor. 4) ice machine on the 1st floor was out of order the entire time

The first problem I had is I was placed on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall and there was no A/C in the halls so I asked to be switched I then got placed on the 1st floor. Just as we were settling in my daughter laying on a pillow spotted a bed bug I went straight to the counter and let the staff know. The staff immediately got on top of it and switched us rooms once again it was very frustrating and I just hope no bugs got in our suitcases

My daughter and I came here for a part business part leisure time. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

Breakfast quality bad.. they ran out of most basic things like fruit, bagel, milk etc
Customer service at the front end was non existent. Did not even greet properly and were very cold

Pros:

Hi my stay was good pleasant and the staff was respectful of me. Also I used the pool indoor and breakfast was convenient and plenty. I will use them again plus very near to where I had to be.
