Because Tap pay wasn't working, I was unable to pay with a card I didn't physically have on me—and as a result, I couldn't receive my bonuses.

Nothing except how close it was to the airport for the price online (which ended up costing more)!
The front desk clerk had a really piss poor attitude. I understand that there are certain policies but I didn't have an debit card on me and I had my husband's, whom was with me. He wouldn't' accept his card for incidentals because the booking wasn't under his name though the reservation said 2 people. Thankfully I was able to change the reservation on booking.com's website to his name if not we would have had to leave the hotel to go get cash in order to stay there.
We had to pay $10 for parking. Issue was not the money, but that it wasn't stated anywhere online. The clerk said well you can go drop your rental off and I can send a shuttle to get you and then you take a shuttle back to the airport at 4am if you don't want to pay the $10. I just wish it would have said that parking was not included from the getgo.
The thermostat said 65 degrees, but it felt like 70 degrees. So much so that my nose started to bleed from how hot and dry it was in the room.

How is you have to pay for parking when you are paying for your stay.
Everything was perfect, the size of the room, it was really clean! And this hotel is pretty convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. In addition, it has shuttle service.
Easy shuttle ride to/from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. I’d stay here again.

Really good and affordable option to stay night near airport. They provided free shuttle to airport. Rooms are clean and breakfast is ok. Personal is nice and helpful. I like my stay - no complaints.
