Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The bathroom.was old and shower inside a bath.Breakfast not much options . The pool was outside our door noisy.

Hade inte valt detta hotell om vinte hade känt oss tvingade efter att ha letat hotell länge.

Bra städat och rent.

Cons:

Personalen var inte så tillmötesgående och frukosten var dålig. Väldigt dyrt, trots det var man tvungen att betala 3 dollar för att få ta med en handduk utanför hotellet.

Lo peor de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, la atención del hotel. En nuestro baño había una fuga de agua desde la ducha que inundaba el suelo cada vez que alguien se duchaba. Cuando lo reportamos, la respuesta del personal fue que “eso no era posible”, sin ni siquiera molestarse en ir a revisar la habitación.

El problema continuó y, al pedir toallas extra para poder secar el agua, nos las negaron. Increíble en un hotel de este precio.

Para rematar, mi padre solicitó en recepción una simple bolsa para guardar ropa mojada tras las excursiones, y la respuesta fue grosera e inaceptable: “Aquí no damos eso, vaya a una tienda a ver si allí se la venden”.

Un hotel que cobra tarifas elevadas no puede permitirse dar un servicio tan pésimo ni tratar así a sus huéspedes. La experiencia fue frustrante y decepcionante. En la isla hay opciones mucho mejores: aquí no volveremos jamás.

Good and clean. The hot water took a while to warm up but after that it was really hot for a long long time -so nice! No complaints except he bathroom door handle was a bit broken so sometimes you got a little stuck.

Estada correcte
Pros:

La ubicació perfecte, a prop de la zona del moll però sense estar en el bullici dels restaurants i tour operadors. L'habitació era molt gran, potser per mi sol era massa gran. El llit era molt còmode i estava tot molt net. L'esmorzar cada dia variaven alguna cosa però estava bo, per mi potser una mica escàs, però molt correcte.

Cons:

La lluminositat de l'habitació quan era de dia feia que al matí entrés molta llum per el vidre de la porta, fet que no es podia baixar la cortina per a tapar-ho i donava la sensació de poca privacitat ja que tot i ser un vidre difuminós/granulat el moviment de dins/fora es veia. Per mi hagués hagut alguna manera de poder-ho tapar mentre fossis dins l'habitació i també per a què no entrés la llum de fora.
La distribución de l'habitació al ser de 3 llits l'hagués cuidat una mica més, Hauria tret un llit i hagués aprofitat l'habitació amb algun sofa o zona de descans. El lavabo es veia molt antic, però almenys net. La carxofa de la dutxa demanava a crits una neteja/renovació ja que estava molt malmesa per la cal, i si és un hotel 4* no pots tenir la tubería com estava. S'han de cuidar els petits detalls.

Mi estadía estuvo bien. Mi habitación era la más cara y tenía mucho espacio. La gente en recepción se portó amable lo cual fue agradable pero el personal de la cocina no lo fue tanto. La comida del desayuno es por ración y cuando pedí algo extra para mi hijo de 10 años, me lo negaron. No proporcionan toalla para llevar a la playa y cuesta $3 dólares alquilar una por día. El hotel tiene un buen potencial pero mientras no cambien sus políticas para hacer sentir a sus huéspedes que el cliente tiene que ser tratado con excelencia en todo momento.. no atraerá la cantidad de turistas que podría conseguir.

Didn’t care for breakfast, Not made to order, they bring you a cooked egg and a piece of bacon or a pancake. Small bowl of chopped fruit. Marginal coffee. Usually 4 to 6 people over the course of an hour so not sure what the three woman were there for

Pros:

The Good - clean, centrally located, large room/bathroom, ok bed, breakfast included, quite nice pool.
The Bad - no fridge, staff not available to help lug suitcase up and down 2 flights of stairs, breakfast very basic, slippery tiled floors, towels for rent at $US5 day not communicated, a bit challenging if you don’t speak Spanish.
