Great people, good time, overpriced hotels
Pros:

Cons:

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff. However, upon entering our hotel room, we noticed multiple stains on the floor, giving the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. Considering the amount of money we paid for our stay, one would expect that breakfast would be included in the mornings.

Pros:

The closeness of the hotel to everything that I wanted to enjoy while on the island.

Cons:

The front desk staff was not very friendly. Felt like I was being judged every time I came or went from the hotel. They would look at me and roll their eyes.

we were happy to get a room at last minute, but the room was very dark and depressing. Outdated

we didn't even know there was a breakfast. Nobody really told us anything when we checked in. just gave us the keys.

All in all it was a great trip. Would go back again and stay at same resort.

Very clean establishment. Great location

Cons:

Only real issue is evening crew was usually younger staff that didn't really seem to care. And soda/water machine was never full

The friendly staff and awesome pool

Cons:

The smells coming from our room were awful. I actually asked them for air freshener and she said she would have someone come spray, but they never did. Then, within an hour, the whole room smelled like a rotten diaper. I sprayed my body spray. The beds were so uncomfortable and we all woke up stiff with backaches. There is no breakfast.

That there was no fridge and that you have to take all over your dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones.

It was a good stay, but it could’ve been better
Pros:

The swim up bar and it was in downtown area

Cons:

Didn’t have a microwave. no breakfast they need new box springs on the mattresses. has a little smell to it, but other than those things it was all right stay

Cons:

We had no fridge so all of our food went to waste. No microwave. The staff was rude when asking why I didn’t have a fridge. Our room never got cleaned after when we stayed for 3 nights! Very disappointing
