The location is superb! The room was very comfortable and clean. I had everything we were after and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was suitable for one night, I wouldn’t want to do any longer in that room as it was way to small

Close to the airport, very central

Cons:

Check in nobody answered the phone so had to go down to the bar. Room was tiny, partner had to jump over the bed to get around it.

Freat location but slow wifi
Pros:

Location was good, walking distance to train station.

Cons:

Slow wifi and internet that was blocking icloud services.
The noice from the pub was over at 11/12 every night. Starting at 09-10 in the morning.

Great place to stop. Excellent all round experience
Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights. Location is perfect if you want to be in Walking distance of nightlife, although far enough away not to be disturbed. The Belgian Beer Cafe is a busy bar itself serving excellent food.
Depending on your Walking speed, Elizebeth Quay is only 10 to 15 minutes away. The Zoo can be reached in an Uber in 15 minutes. Freemantle im half an hour. The rooms are well appointed, bedding high quality and above all spotlessly clean. The check in procedure is easy, even though we arrived after the premises had closed. Communication from the property in advance of our arrival was excellent. In terms of value for money and compared with other more expensive properties nearby the Nightcap offers exceptional value.
When we were due to check out my friend had had an health issue in the night. William went above and beyond to help extend our stay and eventually secured another room so that we could stay the rest of the day.
Not sure that level of service would happen in 99% of the properties I have stayed in previously and certainly never in the Uk. Blown away with the kindness and understanding shown towards our situation. Also, a very special mention to the housekeeping staff who were excellent. I highly recommend this property.
