Great little room in an excellent location
Pros:

Really helpful staff, fabulous location and cozy and comfortable and clean room with all the basic amenities. Surrounds were nice and quiet once the pub closed at 10.

Cons:

There was a constant slight rattling from the fridge that I couldn’t figure out how to stop without unplugging it.

What can you expect from a room upstairs of a bar.
Pros:

Location was perfect in. city centre. Of course was bringing the noice of that too which wasn't that nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was suppose to be free but we realised when arrived to breakfast that it was only 15$ coupon that we had and with that amount we couldn't get more than food and drinks we had to buy ourselves which was quite a disappointment.

Great night at the Belgian Beer cafe.
Pros:

Location.
Great pub.
Comfortable room.

Cons:

The entrance hall and stairs could be tidied up.
This was my second stay. First time in room 12 which was great. This time in an accessible room.
Not too keen on this.Bathroom etc not as good for me.

Clean hotel, well located, good value for the money
Pros:

Many reviews says it's noisy. There was a bit of noise coming from the pub downstairs in the afternoon, but no noise at all during the night.

A five night stay to watch the United Cup at the RAC stadium. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Perfect location for watching the tennis at the RAC.
My favourite pub.
Generous drink vouchers plus 10% off food.
Sunday breakfast of eggs on toast plus coffee for $12.50.
Clean comfortable room with a supply of bottled mount Franklin water plus proper mil not those tiny pods.

Cons:

Nothing that I disliked, but I would suggest making the entrance less dingy.
Clean up the stairs. Repaint the woodwork. Improve the lighting and put some big artwork on the walls. The black curtain opposite the door is ugly. Maybe just a more cheerful curtain. Worth spending a bit of money on the entrance. The rest of the place is great!
