Değerli olduğunuzu hissettiğiniz çok ama çok keyifli bir otel
Pros:

Ücretsiz erken checkin ve geç check out imkanı sunuldu, personel aşırı kibar ve yardımsever. Yattığımız yerden yıldızları izlememiz muhteşemdi, bavullarımızın taşınması için araç temin etmeleri çok yardımcı oldu. Odada sauna olması zaten en sevdiğimiz şey oldu, kahvaltısı çok iyiydi eşim Marc donutlara bayıldı ve kahvaltıda Türk yoğurt olması, yoğurdun Yunanistan’dan geldiğini düşünen eşim için yoğurdun Türkiye’den olduğunun kanıtı oldu:) Biz burayı canım bitanem eşim Marc’la çok sevdik

Cons:

Bir hayvansever olarak odada ren geyiği postu görmek ve kahvaltı masalarında gerçek olduğunu söyledikleri ren geyiği boynuzu görmek beni üzdü. Keşke dünyayı değiştirebilsem bu konuda ama bu imkansız. Bu yüzden puan kırmak haksızlık olurdu .. Gerçek hayvansever bir dünya diliyorum

Pros:

プライベートサウナ最高でした！
部屋から出て雪へダイブ！整いました。
オーロラは天候が悪く見れませんでしたが，サウナとサンタ村でのアクティビティが楽しめて充実した1日になりました。
チェックインの予定時刻前にかなり早く着きましたが、タイミングが良かったのかチェックインの準備が整っていたためすぐご案内してくれました。
スタッフさんもすごく優しかったです。
またこちらのサイトで朝食付きプランを予約しましたが、なんとディナーまでついてきました！とても美味しかったです！

Cons:

とてもいいホテルでした。
欲をいえば
サンタ村インフォメーションからは徒歩20分ほどかかるため、雪道のなかキャリーケースを運ぶのは大変でした。
事前に自分が調べておけばよかったことですが、案内があると嬉しかったです。

Schönes Erlebnis. Etwas zu teuer
Pros:

Die Igloos sind einfach schön um in die Natur zu schauen. Wir hatten eines direkt am Wald. Weiter drin wäre es weniger schön gewesen. Die Sauna im Zimmer war auch sehr nett. Bein Einchecken erfuhren wir das ein Hauptgericht im Restaurant inkl ist.

Cons:

Wir haben gelernt das es dort eigentlich nie Auroras gibt weil viel zu viel Licht überall ist. Eine Igloo Übernachtung ist trotzdem ein Erlebnis

Posizione strategica. Facilita' per assistere all'aurora boreale se condizioni metereologiche favorevoli.

Cons:

Servizio scarso, dimensioni igloo x 4 persone non sufficienti. İnsufficiente spazio per bagagli se in 4 ospiti. Scelta menu cena limitata (per permanenze superiori ai 2 gg). Prezzo molto elevato per quanto detto sopra.

İglolar oldukça konforlu Kahvaltısı yeterli akşam yemekleri çok lezzetli ustaları çok başarılı en çok beğendiğim yeri akşam yemekleri olabilir odada bir şeye ihtiyacınız olduğunda çok hızlı bir şekilde tamamlıyorlar bu yönü çok iyiydi ortam kuzey ışıklarını görebilmek için de elverişli başka bir yere gitmenize gerek yok

Nice experience
Pros:

Had a Nice view of the sky and forest. Unfortunate not all window got heated, so miss a part of the view. Great breakfast, nice staff. Walkable distance to Santa village

Cons:

Room was too hot, needed to open window to cool down a bit ( even -17 degrees the fresh air was great)

De merveilleux igloos confortables et très bien placés, un lieu idéal pour les aurores boréales
Pros:

Igloo très confortables et bien chauffés, sauna très spacieux, restaurant délicieux, personnel agréable et toujours disponible. Et une alerte aurore qui réveille au milieu de la nuit (que l'on peut désactiver bien sûr) pour nous permettre de voir des aurores. Grâce à cela, nous avons pu voir une magnifique aurore depuis notre lit.

Cons:

Le système de chauffage faisait des bips, qui ont été corrigés par une intervention technique, mais sont revenus la dernière nuit.
