Great Hospitality…Raghu from reception, Sarmila from house keeping, Preya from S&M & reception were great. Short stay but worth the hotel anytime

Good for family stay

Having stayed here many times before lockdown and loved the the place but how disappointed were we to find no mattresses on sun loungers unlike all the other 5 star hotels in Dubai. Soo much. Of the resort has been cut away to make room for a water park.I have never seen so many beds crammed together in any hotel in Dubai like they were here. We were eating lunch by the the bar where two boys were running around spitting in each others faces whilst the bar staff stood and watch !! Ask for a room without connecting doors as sound travels on our last night the arguments from the next room were horrendous . If your looking for a hotel in Dubai and won’t be using the water park I would avoid this one .

Unfortunately there was a price diffrrence between expedia and the hotel

Nice large clean apartments. Staff were pleasant. Restaurants in the hotel were ok but expensive. Pool area was really nice.

This is our favourite place to stay in Dubai. The hotel
Is lovely. The Residence (adjacent to the main hotel) is ideal for families. We had a two bedroom apartment which had loads of space for us. Kitchen was ideal and the washing/ drying facilities were really handy. Only negative was the Indian restaurant. The staff are friendly and the setting is great but the food was disappointing especially for the price. Apart from that it was, as usual, a great few days.

Beautifully spacious apartment. Kept really clean on a daily basis. Easy transport connections. Fantastic amenities shared with the Grand Hyatt Hotel next door.Lovely, friendly staff.
The kitchen could benefit from more crockery and extra cooking pans and utensils

Great for families

We checked in 01-31-25 very nice our room we like it very much staff friendly but we checked second time 02-08-25 but our room 3 floor not very good bathroom leak water going out in floor.

Good experience

The hotel was clean, the staff were attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast guys were really helpful with a good attitude to assist with our requests. Especially Tanzeel, Safeer, Moza, Roman and Hamim. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Loved the experience

Generally good, especially for the price - particularly great to be able to use the facilities in the hotel: including an incredible choice of restaurants (see my reviews) as well as the pool & bar. Lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas. Book the buffet breakfast the previous night if you want it and it’s not in your rate as you’ll pay about half what you would on the day. As others have said, housekeeping is a bit hit and miss - had to ask for bowls, toilet paper, towels….little supermarket in reception is handy.

We stayed in an apartment in the Residences complex. The apartments are very dated and under-equipped for a family. This is especially relevant to the kitchen, there were not even cereal bowls to have breakfast. The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. The main hotel looks superb so please be mindful of there being a difference.

Nice spacious rooms. Front desk was very helpful. Services are really good. Close to the airport and other areas.
The only complain I have is that they charge extra tourism tax on arrival outside of all the taxes and fees paid through Expedia.
