Zentrale Lage, außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in Nachbarschaft von Bundesverwaltungsgericht, US-Konsulat und stattlichen Villen. Mehr Gästehaus als Hotel, wie ein privates Quartier im Diplomatenviertel.

Das Frühstück war sehr. Das Haus ist ruhig und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Die Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar

Herrliches Wohnen in einer historischen Villa mit Blick auf Garten und Reichsgerichtsgebäude
Pros:

Wohnen in einer Villa aus der Kaiserzeit. Leider hatten wir wenig Zeit dort. Der Hausverwalter (leider kenne ich seinen Namen nicht) hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Wir waren eine 4er-Gruppe und er hatte uns hinterher noch eine Besprechung im Haus ermöglicht. Vielen Dank.

Gute Lage und schönes Haus, viele Treppen, sehr kleines Bad
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut in den sehr schönen Räumen der Villa im Erdgeschoss. Der Herr, der uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Buchen Sie keinen Parkplatz für 20 Euro pro Nacht! Der ist um die Ecke, hinterm US-Konsulat und ziemlich mühsam. Wenn Sie Glück haben, werden Sie auf sächsisch von einem Konsulats-Wachmann runtergeputzt. Vor allem gibt es ein Parkhaus ums Eck und öffentliche Parkplätze!
Zimmer im 2.Stock waren sehr warm, Bad zu klein, viele Treppen,kein Lift!
