No encontramos clave de wifi, cuando ponía que tenía wifi disponible..

Hot water did not work.

Facilities were terrible. The roller blind lock mechanism was broken so the only 'hold' position was fully open; when closed the blind fell away from the window sill letting light in at the bottom. There were no drawers for clothes. There were two tiny drawers in the bedside units, but one had no handle, just a srew hole so the staff had turned the opening side to the wall.The wardrobe was a triangle mechanism which was not correctly attached to the wall and loose. The toilet seat was loose & dangerous, eventually we go it fixed. The 'bathroom' was so small your feet were in the shower when sitting on the toilet. Under the bed was filthy with dust and bits. The sliding door to the bathroom only stayed fully open if i wedged something to the top rail. The mattress & pillows were 'bodyless' thin and cheap. One small mirror only, in the bathroom. The sink capacity was between 2 & 3 litres, smallest we've ever seen. Reception was basically unmanned but we saw someone on a couple of occasions, actually they were pleasant enough. Over £400 for 3 nights was daylight robbery and we really should expect a full refund.

Ennél undorítóbb szálláson még soha nem voltunk, pedig ez volt a 16. ország, ahol jártunk, szóval láttunk már sok mindent. Ismeretlen eredetű foltok a falon, zuhanyzóban a fugában penész, ágy alatt nem porcicák, hanem porelefántok, ágyneműn foltok. A mosdó csak egy kézmosó, a zuhanyzó is nagyon szűk, sokszor elment a víznyomás is, gondolom amikor másik szobában is használták a vizet. A wc-t nem mindig lehetett rendesen lehúzni, az ablakok nem zártak jól. Zuhanyzóhoz nem volt kilépő, így jobb híján az egyik kéztörlőt használtuk erre a célra. A falak papírvékonyak, hallottuk a szomszéd szobában a beszélgetést, illetve az ajtók olyan hangosan csapódnak, hogy megrezzentünk rá. A véleményekben azt írták többen is, hogy olcsó volt, de én ezért az árért is elvárnám, hogy ne undorodjak a dolgokhoz hozzáérni. Illetve 3 különböző szállásunk volt Skóciában, mindegyik olcsóbb volt ennél, az egyik még reggelivel együtt is. Kiábrándító, a feltöltött képek köszönőviszonyban sincsenek a valósággal.

The room could be a bit cleaner

The property was dirty , poorly maintained, stains all over the bedroom walls, and floor.

I am currently trying to get a refund as we left within half an HR to get something else, they were carrying out some form of repairs in next room and banging on our wall with a hammer.
I would not recommend in the slightest.

Limpieza regular. No limpiaron ni vaciaron basura en las dos noches que estuvimos.
No hay servicio de limpieza de habitaciones.
Baños muy pequeños.
No proporcionan jabón ni nada de limpieza.
Dispone de una zona común para preparar desayuno o cena fácil (microondas, tostadora) pero no tiene pila ni ningún utensilio de cocina.
