Fantastic budget friendly place to stay
Pros:

Really friendly staff, Zorain was really polite and helpful especially as he was having to deal with a large group of us. Rooms were clean and comfortable and communal dining area was perfect for getting everyone together.

Cons:

Showers were really sensitive and not the greatest water pressure.

I live there in Match. The house is very quiet, Very good sleep.

The room was filthy there were stains all over the room it was disgusting really, there were many broken things the blind was broken there was a missing draw nob the tv would not work. The water in the room was either freezing cold or boiling hot and would burn you overall not a good stay at all

Location was great for what I needed it for.

Cons:

When I arrived at night after my day out I needed a cup of tea and good job I checked the kettle it had dirty water inside it was brown so I clean it out then had a nice cuppa. I went to the shared bathroom upstairs upon opening the door I noticed a puddle of water on ground as if the shower was leaking plus a dirty towel lying on floor so I clean the water up

What do you expect for £40?
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Quite run down, outdated furnishings, room wasn’t the cleanest- found an odd coloured stain on a duvet (didn’t use) stains on the wall, tobacco remnants in the drawers, no proper curtain in the bathroom, just run down and didn’t seem like much attention was paid to the details of the room, also noticed that the shower gel was the exact same scent as the hand wash🫣🤷🏼‍♀️
