I wouldn’t stay again, even for the cheap price
Pros:

It was a roof over our heads. Free parking. Location.

Cons:

Honestly can’t say many, if any, good things about this guest house, sorry. I don’t like to leave unpleasant reviews, but the photos are heavily edited and I was very disappointed upon arrival. I wish I took more pictures. The car park looks trashy, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the walls in the bedroom were filthy and I couldn’t wait to get out of here.

Zona silenziosa, con parcheggio annesso, ottimo wifi ma l'unica ragione per cui scegliere questa struttura è la posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Edimburgo, grazie alla stazione dei treni a due minuti di distanza e la fermata del bus altrettanti vicina.

Cons:

La pulizia era inesistente. In bagno c'era la presa per il rasoio, nemmeno nelle vicinanze.

Pros:

Camera luminosa, dava sulla strada ma comunque non rumorosa. Comoda per l'aereoporto e con diversi ristoranti e supermercati nei paraggi.

Cons:

Il bagno era veramente molto piccolo anche se la doccia era di ottime dimensioni, la camera era un po' fredda ma si poteva regolare il termosifone

Locatie dicht bij luchthaven, supermarkt en een aantal restaurants

Cons:

Kamer was niet erg schoon, dikke stofvlokken op de plinten.
Ook wat schimmelplekjes in douche

A lovely big bright room with very clean shared bathroom and great hot shower
Pros:

Large bright room large bright shared bathroom with big shower. Lovely hot shower. very clean and hospitality tray.
Great beds lovely fresh white linen

Cons:

On main road so fine for us but if a light sleeper ask for a back room
some marks on wall by bed which was unfortunate. Other than that all good!

Wouldn't stay there again
Pros:

Location was useful.

Cons:

First off, the shower was essentially unusable. It had such low water pressure and what water did come out was so hot I couldn't physically stay under it, and I tried evening and morning just in case.

The room was barely cleaned, I don't consider myself picky but if they are cleaning between each visitor, they are missing a lot of stuff, I could spend 5 minutes with a hoover and rag, and it would've been far better.

And most of all, some of the worst customer service I've ever had. So unhelpful, condescending and just rude, when their doors wouldn't work, they assumed I was at fault and then offered no apologies and again blamed me when they tried, and it wouldn't work.

Non ricordo un'esperienza così negativa a questo prezzo
Pros:

Della struttura nulla.
È discretamente servita bene dai mezzi per Edimburgo

Cons:

Il problema è la sporcizia.
Polvere ovunque, sulle lampade, sotto al letto, vicino ai muri ma anche sulle lenzuola e sulle federe.
La doccia ha le siliconature marce, rotte e l'acqua scende a fatica.
Manca il bagnoschiuma e shampoo per laverai e il phon.
I muri credo siano spessi 1cm perché sembra di essere in stanza con altri o in bagno.
In aggiunta costa anche più di 100£ a notte.
Allo stato attuale totalmente da evitare.

The location and the 1 member of staff / owner was very helpful. Basic room but comfortable.

Cons:

The shower room would benift from a shower screen or curtain there is a partial screen but water goes everywhere. Attention to cleaning shower wet walls would be better. Overall for the price and location and staff it was a good guest house. Would stay again.

La localización, muy cerca de la estación de tren para poder ir al centro de Edimburgo.

No encontramos clave de wifi, cuando ponía que tenía wifi disponible..
