Für den hohen Preis und die guten Bewertungen, mehr erwartet.

Leider nichts.

Cons:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wurde alles erklärt. Allerdings war das Hotelzimmer extrem schmutzig,die Duschen waren nicht zu gebrauchen,da extrem verkalkt und voller Schimmel,ich konnte darin nicht duschen. Die Toilette und die Waschbecken waren auch nicht gut gereinigt, Handwaschseifenspender verdreckt. Überall lag Staub. Wenigstens waren die Betten frisch bezogen. Der Straßenlärm in der Nacht ist kaum auszuhalten. Die Badezimmer haben keine Rollos, jeder kann einem beim Duschen zu sehen.Das Zimmer ist sehr kühl eingerichtet. Die Treppe nach oben ist total schmal und fast schon gefährlich. Man fühlt sich leider gar nicht wohl.Das Frühstück ist für 15 Euro pro Nase auch überhaupt nicht gut. Der Kaffee war muffig und die Auswahl des Essens war sehr überschaubar. Besteck war dreckig,von drei Messern konnte man nur eins gebrauchen . Ich kann die vielen guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen. Besonders in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit. Ich war froh das wir nach einer Nacht wieder abhauen konnten. Von mir absolut keine Empfehlung. Schade,da ich denke das diese Unterkunft bestimmt Potential hätte.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang beim Check in. Positiv sind die Fliegengitter, so daß die Fenster geöffnet werden können. Es war sehr sauber und es gibt genug Parkplätze ums Hotel herum.

Cons:

Hatte ein Zimmer in Richtung Hauptstraße, konnte leider das Fenster nicht offen lassen in der Nacht. Hotel wirbt mit Klimaanlage, leider gibt es die nur in dem öffentlichen Bereich, im Zimmer gibt es keine.

Gutes Frühstück, grundsätzlich saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Bad roch es ziemlich muffig (der Abfluss der Dusche muss wohl mal wieder gereinigt werden). Die Verbindung mit WiFi hat zwar funktioniert aber es gab trotzdem kein Internet.

Schönes Hotel mitten im Ort
Pros:

Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt, hell, Checkin-out mit Chip, bequemes Bett.
Insektenschutz am Fenster, Shampoo in der Dusche.

Cons:

Bett etwas klapprig, WLAN mager in unserem Zimmer.

Check-In per Telefon zu später Uhrzeit funktionierte problemlos. Sauberes Zimmer. Privater Parkplatz vor der Tür. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Wenn andere Gäste sehr früh aufstehen wird man wach. Geräuschisolierung nach außen könnte besser sein.

We fully recommend this hotel
Pros:

Very good communication with the manager before our arrival, we arrived late in the evening and the arrival was very well managed. Very helpful employee during great breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Very good location for visiting Autostadt. Thanks again for the excellent approach of the manager with great sense of humour and kind staff. We can fully recommend the place for other guests.
