A really great hotel
Pros:

I am currently doing the Camino. In every sense this hotel outdid all the others I have stayed. Plan your Camino around it. The views from the hotel were exceptional and the food was fantastic

Great but...
Pros:

This hotel is not in Valcarce de Vega it is 3 miles past Vega. Be careful Peregrinos.
This is a nice hotel but has severe noise issues.
Every room can hear every other room.
Noise mitigation is required.
Staff is great!
Food is great!

Pros:

Lovely sound of cow bells outside the window. Wonderful hosts, delicious dinner. Directly on the Camino.
