Very comfotable and luxurious
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning; there was a large variety for breakfast
The toiletries were all high quality. I asked for an extra bed, and they provided a good extra one. The location is strategic; close to Baščaršija, SCC and many cafes and restaurants. All of the staff are friendly and attentive.

Would stay again
Pros:

The staff is courteous as a real person not robotic as seen in many hotels, unfortunately. although the cost is on the higher side but try to make up for it.

Cons:

Parking can be limited due to the popularity and most guests having self drive vehicles. however the staff try and find an alternative solution.

Algemeen prijs kwaliteit ok.
Pros:

Al bij al ok. Goed ontbijt, grote aanbod. Vriendelijk personeel. Proper en je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel makkelijk is de parkeermogelijkheid achteraan.

Cons:

Op de kamers (zaten aan de voorzijde kamer 206) hoor je enorm veel lawaai van de straat. Lijkt alsof er geen ramen tussen de straat en de kamers zitten. Uiteindelijk verhuisd naar kamer 505 (ook aan voorzijde) en daar was het wel ok.

Hotel fantastico!!
Pros:

Posizione comoda e tranquilla a due passi dal centro città con possibilità di parcheggio auto all'interno della struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile ci hanno anticipato il check in di 5 ore gratis.
Camera super pulita e confortevole.
Colazione super abbondante prodotti locali dolci e salati di qualità.
Hotel super consigliatissimo!!

Tolles Hotel - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben vier Nächte mit unserer Familie in diesem Hotel in Sarajevo verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fiel uns der angenehme Duft an der Rezeption und auf den Fluren auf, der einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck vermittelt hat.

Unser Zimmer war groß, modern ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie. Besonders positiv fanden wir die vielen kostenlosen Pflege- und Reinigungsprodukte sowie die angenehm frisch duftenden Handtücher. Auch das große Badezimmer und die sehr bequemen Betten haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und bot eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt betrifft den Aufzug. Dieser fährt weder bis zum Restaurant noch bis in die 6. Etage, sodass man je nach Ziel noch einige Treppen laufen muss. Außerdem standen beim Frühstück keine Salzstreuer auf den Tischen, was etwas unpraktisch war. Beide Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.
