Die Unterkunft hatte sehr komfortable und große Zimmer. Das Frühstück war besonders toll und vielfältig.
Great breakfast, comfortable room
Frukosten var fantastisk, varierande och bra kvalitet. Mycket trevlig och bra personal. Nära till Gamla stan, 10 minuters promenad. Rummet var väldigt trevligt, bra planerat, tyst och bra luft. All personal i receptionen mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Exceptional staff service. We arrived early after a 6:30am bus from Mostar. We popped in just to drop off our big bags until later, but our room was ready (9am) and the receptionist insisted we check in and freshen up in our room, AND help ourselves to the breakfast buffet! Amazing.
The room was well thought out with everything you could possibly need. Very large and comfortable bed.
We had a pleasant stay here. The location was excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore Sarajevo on foot.

Not clean , there was mold in the shower (very dangerous). Very tight spaces, elevator was so noisy. Overall, the space can be better managed

The location is super good. The rooms are spacious & clean with lots of useful amenities. The breakfast was so rich & the whole staff were friendly & welcoming. I had a hybrid plug in car & the hotel provided parking with a charging station, something you will not find in most of other hotels in Sarajevo. The terrace @ the 6th floor was phenomenal

Ac was not working as per their policy to no ac from October onwards.
That was only disappointing
This property a great value for the price. They are in a great location and have a free parking lot which is unique in the city. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions.
