Centrale, pulito, staff gentile
Pros:

Centrale, ben arredato, camere grandi calde e pulite così come il bagno.
Bollitore, acqua gratuita e molti prodotti skin care etc.
Colazione con grande varietà di cibo, alta qualità.
Lo staff è gentile ed efficiente.
Parcheggio riservato nel cortile.

Doručak je super. Lokacija je izvrsna, malo je mana što mi je soba bila na strani gdje je cesta, ali sve u svemu hotel za preporučiti.

Bestes Hotel in Sarajevo!!!!
Pros:

Vorab, ich bin geschäftlich mindestens 6-7x im Jahr in Sarajevo, und habe dabei alle 5 Sterne Hotels hinter mir. Dieses unscheinbare 4* Hotel ist der heimliche Star in Sarajevo!!!
Ich habe noch nie so ein großes und komfortables Bett ever gehabt, 2.28cm Breite. Perfekt abgestimmt. Die Farben, das Design, die Ausstattung, einfach alles perfekt. Obwohl das Hotel bereits 14 Jahre besteht, es fühlt sich alles wie neu an.
Frühstück Weltklasse. Illy Kaffee, Parmaschinken FRISCH aufgeschnitten, Orangensaft FRISCH gepresst, Mozarella du Buffalla….einfach eine Wahnsinnsauswahl und Qualität.

Das Beste - fast alle Mitarbeiter/-innen sind bereits seit 14 Jahren (seit Eröffnung) dabei.

Ich bin begeistert und ich komme 100%%%% wieder.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe der Innenstadt und Fußgängerzone. Man hört keinen Straßenlärm, auch wenn das Zimmer zur Straße gelegen ist. Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allem, was man benötigt, und vielen kleinen netten Details, ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und wirkte neu bzw. gepflegt, ebenso das Bad mit tollen Pflegeprodukten. Das Bett war sehr gut, das WLAN stabil und schnell. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und schmeckte sehr gut. Hier kann man sehr gut auch länger bleiben. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde immer wieder dort buchen.

my favourite hotel
Pros:

I like everything about this property. The location is perfect. The rooms have everything you could possibly need. The minibar is fully stocked and affordable. The staff are amazing. The buffet breakfast is over the top and offers so much variety. It is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I enjoyed talking to the receptionists about Bosnian culture art and music. The view from the rooftop balcony is breathtaking. It is near to everything. If I could give it 15 stars, I would.

Cons:

The only problem I had is that I seem to have lost a pair of slippers there, but this may have been my fault.

Awesome and comfortable stay
Pros:

Hotel room was clean. Bed was not too hard or too soft, spot on, pillows were good. Breakfast variety was awesome. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying again.
