Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, uredan i lijepo uređen hotel, lokacija savršena.

Cons:

Malo tijesne ali ugodne sobe, parking nije uz hotel nego 100m dalje, no razumljivo s obzirom na lokaciju hotela.

Pros:

Dwie zalety. Sympatyczna pani w recepcji i lokalizacja.

Cons:

W pokojach ciemno, pleśń i grzyb. Nieprzyjemny zapach. Omijać szerokim łukiem. A miało być chyba klimatycznie.

Very close to old town
Pros:

The property is extremely close to the old town , only a minutes walk away, close to restaurants, cafes shops and bars
The room I stayed in was a nice size , had good shower Plenty of space , clean and quiet
The staff I did encounter were friendly and helpful
Was not sure if I would arrive before check in closed , so was sent a video via WhatsApp showing me how to get into property and room
If I ever came back Would stay here again

Le Paradis de Sarajevo !
Pros:

Hôtel splendide , empli de charme , de caractère et d'identité ! De plus , idéalement situé en plein coeur de la fabuleuse vieille ville et donc à deux pas de toutes les activités , commodités (restaurants , bars , lieux historiques ,... ). Chambre magnifique où l'on se sent protégé , enveloppé de bonté. Le personnel est tout simplement inoubliable et enchanteur...Merci mille fois à l'Ange Ernezia et à Ilma pour votre lumière , votre sourire et votre disponibilité. Petit-déjeuner excellent avec des produits frais ! Ne ratez pas ce Paradis de Sarajevo ! Hvalaaa Punooo !

Very good location in the old town
Pros:

Very friendly staff.

Cons:

My room was very tiny and I could hardly stand in part of the room or in the bathroom when taking shower. All rooms are not alike. After two nights I was able to move to a more proper room evenso it was small but I was able to stand up ! Breakfast is very average.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in wenigen Schritten in der Altstadt von Sarajevo.

Polecam. Najlepsza lokalizacja do zwiedzania Sarajewa. Wspaniała obsluga. Podróżując samochodem nalezy koniecznie zarezerwować parking.

La, sola posizione strategica.

Cons:

Stanza piccolissima, bagno microscopico. Non si poteva appendere il doccino che andava tenuto in mano. Carta igienica supereconomica al limite della possibilità di utilizzo.
Colazione pessima, il cappuccino non l'ho bevuto, non so che latte hanno utilizzato ma ci galleggiavano schifezze. Il tovagliolo era uno strappo di metà carta da cucina... E la receptionist ha avuto il coraggio di chiedermi una buona recensione...
