Hotel Lula

Malo lošiji signal za wi-fi u sobi 10.Ne znam da li je to tehnički problem ili bi bio rješiv da smo se obratili osoblju,ali kako smo imali svoj internet nismo im se obraćali zbog toga.

Važno za svakoga kome treba taxi:

To nije kritika za hotel direktno nego za naručeni transfer od hotela do aerodroma.
Djevojka s recepcije je obavijestila njihov transer na vrijeme,dva dana ranije,da nam treba prijevoz u 3:30 ujutro na aerodrom.Također mi je dala i broj telefona transfera u slučaju da ne dođe na vrijeme i pristup recepciji u te sitne sate i njihovom fiksnom telefonu i od srca joj na tome zahvaljujem.Rekla mi je da se ne brinem,da je osoba pouzdana i da će doći 5 minuta ranije ispred hotela.

Međutim,osoba nije ni malo pouzdana.

Nije se pojavila,ni odgovorila ni na poruke ni na pozive.
Javila se večer ranije da ima obavijest da nam treba prijevoz u 3:30 sljedeće jutro,ali je poruka poslana u skoro 23h (tko šalje poruke u to doba, pogotovo osobama koje se moraju probuditi u 2:30). Ponovo se javila u 4:30 rekavši da je mislila da je transfer u 4:30.

Na sreću je taxi stajalište u blizini,samo 50tak metara udaljenosti od hotela i uspjeli smo ulovili jedini taxi,koji nas je odveo do aerodroma za duplo mnju cijenu.U protivnom bi izgubili let,a ja možda i posao.

Tko god treba taxi nek ide na taxi stajalište ili zove dispečer žutog taxija, najjeftiniji i najpouzdaniji.Stižu za 15 minuta ako ih nema na stajalištu,a može se naručiti vožnja unaprijed.

Izvinjavam se na dugom tekstu,ali morala sam upozoriti ljude da se ne nađu u sličnoj situaciji.

Još jednom hvala hotelu Lule na njihovom trudu,ali što se transfera tiče, trebali bi potražiti pouzdaniju osobu.

Wir hatten einen frühen Rückflug und ich wollte am frühen morgen vor der Abreise Duschen. Leider hat das nicht funktioniert, weil keine Wasser vorhanden war. Der bestellte Fahrer vor dem Hotel, hätte uns um 04.45h abholen und zum Flughafen bringen sollen. Dies hat überhaupt nicht geklappt.

The room was in the attic and had a skylight that couldn’t be fully blacked out. This wasn’t an issue for me, but if you need complete darkness to sleep, it might not be the right room for you. I would also have appreciated having a glass or cup in the room.

Es war alles in Ordnung und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Armaturen im Bad, Dusche und Waschbecken gehören repariert, bzw. ausgetauscht.

Tekli iki yatak istemiştik, seçmiştik ama vardığımızda imkansız olduğunu söyledi hanımefendi. (İlk gittiğimizde olan ve çıkışımızdaki hanımefendi çok kibardı. Ayrı yorgan verebiliriz dedi, bari onu alalım dedik ama girişteki hanımefendi vermedi, baya uğraştık anlatmaya. Kahvaltısı da baya kötü, her gün haşlanmış yumurta ama onlarda geceden pişirilmiş ve dolapta dondurulmuş.
Duşun gideri çalışmıyprdu, duş alırken banyoyu su basmasın diye sürekli kapatıp bekledik.

Odalar küçüktü ama konaklama için yeterliydi. Araç parkı küçüktü. Fiyat biraz yüksekti.

Rummet i sig var slitet, likaså badrummet, men allt var välfungerande. Tråkigt urval på frukosten.

The breakfast starts at 8am, which is the time many tours start. Consider review.

- The mold was over the whole bathroom. Not just in the shower. On the walls, on the ceiling, god knows where else, probably everywhere. I consider this as biohazard. We both experienced a terrible runny nose when staying at the hotel. See the pics for yourselves.
- The whole room was dirty and dusty. As we didn’t have any surfaces to place our things on besides the coffee table, we wanted to use the window sills. I wiped them with wet tissues, and they were basically black. They haven’t been cleaned for weeks…
- The bedsheets were dirty - stained. The second set we were offered was also dirty, with visible stains.
- For the four days we stayed at the hotel, the room wasn’t cleaned, even though we left the sign saying “Please clean my room” on the doorknob.
- In the room there was no place to put your things, no bedside tables, no shelves.
- The main light in our room wasn’t working. We were told by the manager that she is aware of that, and that we can use the bedside lamp. She didn’t even mentioned that they would try to fix it.
- The shower was clogged, and the water didn’t run off. We have show it to the staff, and the lady came to our room to observe the little swimming pool done by a single person’s shower. She did nothing.
- Overall, the staff didn’t care about anything that wasn’t a quick, low-cost fix. They will give you a new towel if you ask, but changing the lightbulb, unclogging the shower or keeping the kettles clean is too much.
- The breakfasts in this hotel are Hunger Games style. If you come early, you can eat something. If you come late, all you can eat is leftover bread and some cheese, which BTW was laying out of the fridge for all the time, all the days we stayed at this hotel. We were coming to the “restaurant’ part pretty often, as there was no kettle, no mug or any cup in the hotel room, so we were going down to get some tea or hot water.
- About the tea, the kettles were full of limescale. You could taste that in every drop.

The room was small. To turn on and off the lights I had to crawl on the bed. Also my room was on the first floor and the entrance to the hotel door was rather loud.
