Najlepszy hotel w jakim nocowałem w tym roku. Dużo podróżuję, odwiedzam 20 - 25 hoteli rocznie. Ten jest wyjątkowy. Bardzo profesjonalne panie na recepcji, nic nie było problemem. Miałem pokój nr 10, to był w zasadzie apartament. Lokalizacja w samym sercu starówki sarajewskiej. Czysto, cicho, można się było wyspać. Jeżeli kiedykolwiek będę ponownie w Sarajewie, to nie wyobrażam sobie nocowania w innym miejscu. Bardzo dziękuję recepcjinistkom za wszystko. Jesteście najlepsze

Fantastic location and rustic charm in Sarajevo
Pros:

I stayed alone in a very large triple room with an en-suite bathroom, located on the ground floor of an annex building next to the hotel. The property has a charming, rustic feel that resembles an old traditional house, with a pipe theme featured everywhere (as the name suggests). The hotel is run by a team of young women who did an excellent job and speak great English. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Baščaršija. Regarding breakfast: in my case, it was an extra charge; it met my expectations, though I would have preferred a few more sweet options. A tip for everyone: try the Bosnian coffee! Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lula and would happily return.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sarajevo’s old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely well looked after. Ask for taxi, €25 a ride

My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Sarajevo.

What I appreciated most was the hospitality and attention to guests, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sarajevo — a lovely hotel with wonderful people behind it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
