I stayed alone in a very large triple room with an en-suite bathroom, located on the ground floor of an annex building next to the hotel. The property has a charming, rustic feel that resembles an old traditional house, with a pipe theme featured everywhere (as the name suggests). The hotel is run by a team of young women who did an excellent job and speak great English. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Baščaršija. Regarding breakfast: in my case, it was an extra charge; it met my expectations, though I would have preferred a few more sweet options. A tip for everyone: try the Bosnian coffee! Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sarajevo’s old town, making it easy to explore the city on foot while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hotel was in the heart of Sarajevo. The young girls at reception Leila & Ilma were very accommodating. Outside, the alley was lined with cafes. It was quite lively but I didn’t hear anything from my room.

The room has high value of money. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's located in the centre of the old town inside sn alley, which allows a quite environment. You may take tram number 5 from the Railway/Bus station to the property.

Die Lage nahe dem Sebilj und der Baščaršija ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber, und das Personal freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist jedoch extrem eng und wenig komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und die Auswahl überschaubar, zudem gab es nur bosnischen Kaffee. Leider war auch das WLAN sehr schwach. Wir waren bereits vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel und damals sehr zufrieden. Gerade deshalb haben wir uns erneut dafür entschieden, mussten aber leider feststellen, dass die Qualität inzwischen nachgelassen hat.

Everything was perfect, the location just in the middle of downtown and the staff more friendly and supportive impossible. Great place and great staff! And the room like a suite, for the price paid much nicer than I was expecting. Totally recommended it!

Iedereen was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze helpen je met een lach. En de ligging is ideaal.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town with a lot of good restaurants and shops around. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The room had a nice rustic feel to it, the bed was quite comfortable and I appreciate that there was a laundry service available.
