Buena ubicación, apartamento reformado , cómodo. Conserjes 24h

Cons:

Ascensor averiado puntualmente pero tardaron en arreglarlo. Alguna sábana y toalla necesita renovación, rotas. Pagar parking aparte

De locatie. Op loopafstand van winkels, het strand. Bushalte voor het gebouw.
Goed bed.
Goed werkende airconditioning.
Goed werkende wifi.

Cons:

Voor 2 personen ok, voor 4 wel wat klein.
Geen zonnewering op terras. 'S avonds volle zon op terras, dan was het te warm om buiten te zitten. Niet heel veel kast om je kledij weg te bergen.

Ich kenne das Esmeralda schon viele Jahre. Aber von der 13. Etage aus. Es war Mal eine Abwechslung in einer anderen Etage und Wohnung zu sein.
Das Appartement war Zweck mässig eingerichtet, sogar mit kl. Waschmaschine. Bestes Utensil; der Wäsche Ständer! Grosser Balkon.
Meer Sicht Tip Top.
Das Personal im ganzen Haus sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Da weiter unten lauter und von den vielen Lichtern auch recht hell.
Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut, die Spülung im WC hat Mal gehackt und der Kühlschrank etwas gespuckt.
Ansonsten angenehmes südliches Flair.

Buenas ubicación pero el apartamento viejo y sucio

La ubicación perfecta. Las instalaciones comunes maravillosas. El apartamento tiene una terraza muy buena

Cons:

El apartamento está muy viejo, sucio y con escaso menaje. Aunque las sabanas eran limpias, olía mal la almohada, y el colchón. Las toallas muy viejas. Tanto el sofá como la tumbona de la terraza no eran apetecibles para sentarse porque había bastantes manchas.
Según entras en el apartamento hay olor a sucio

Ubicación

Cons:

Hubo una mañana que se estropeó el ascensor (hay dos pero uno estaba en reparación) y estábamos en una planta 12, con dos niños pequeños... Para bajar y subir de la playa es difícil en esas circunstancias.

Para una corta estancia está bastante bien

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación. Sin duda. Está en primera línea de playa

Cons:

El ascensor ha estado roto durante toda mi estancia y no lo avisaron.
El sofá es bastante antiguo e incómodo además de no estar muy limpio

Bonitas vistas pero apartamento viejo y descuidado.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación y las vistas desde el apartamento. Supermercados cerca.

Cons:

Las camas incómodas, colchón duro y almohada mala. Mobiliario antiguo y deteriorado, menaje justo. Bañera antigua con cortina de ducha que debería cambiarse. Sin aire acondicionado, como era mayo no hacía mucho calor, en verano debe ser horroroso sin aire. Sin nada de limpieza en la cocina ni un trapo, ni estropajo ni jabón y una bolsa de basura. Una de las toallas con un agujero.
