Buena ubicación, habitación pequeña pero cómoda y con lo necesario, poco iluminada naturalmente. El personal bien, desayuno correcto, es buffet asistido por personal del hotel.

The room didn't have a neither a desk nor a chair and in the description of the room the desk was included, both things were essential for me as I work online and have meetings. A member of the staff was very kind and looked for a room with something similar to a desk and took a chair.

Ubicación increíble, cerca a Plaza de Mayo, Obelisco y restaurantes, el personal muy amable y de fina atención, serviciales al estilo argentino. Un maravilloso hotel, sin duda volvería a hospedarme y recomendarlo

Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Cons:

La bañera tardaba en desagotar y mojaba el piso del baño. El recepcionista no fue muy cálido en su recibimiento.

Las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias y ordenadas, buena ubicacion

El recepcionista de la noche santiago, no tenia buena atencion, todos los demas esplendidos fue lo unico que no me gusto, santiago.
