Personalet var yderst venlige og hjælpsomme
Lejlighed havde det der skulle være. Men heller ikke mere end det.

Cons:

Stedet ligger højt oppe, selvom det er tæt på centrum og strand. Der skal forceres mange trapper for at komme ned til spisestederne
Super dårlige parkeringsforhold hvis man vil leje en bil.Pool lukker allerede kl 18.

Lo único un poco aceptable fueron las camas que eran bastante comodas

Cons:

La ubicación, estuvimos 5 noches y no limpiaron ni uno solo, nos dijeron que pasaban dos veces a la semana pero no nos tocó ni una vez. La ubicación también regular, las escaleras para ir con niños o con las bolsas de la playa se hacen muy pesadas. Merece la pena invertir algo más en otro sitio más céntrico.
Yo no volvería y me suelo conformar bastante con los hoteles este se ve descuidado, la taza del WC con todos los anclajes oxidados, la cisterna que pierde agua todo el día y noche... Llevo años viajando a Mallorca y este sitio y este hotel lo peor con diferencia

Pros:

Our stay was excellent with the most friendly and kind staff, superb facilities and excellent value for money. Everything you needed was there and at reception everyone was so lovely and helpful, in particular Michael who knew the area very well to help us out.

Pros:

Locația, orașul, plaja sunt superbe. Curat, cu totul necesar pentru a gati.

Cons:

Nimeni nu a menționat că accesul către hotel este pe scări, trebuiau de ridicat 168 de trepte. Da hotelul avea transport către si de la plajă, dar din păcate nu se contopeau cu orele noastre.
Ultimele zile a fost o gașcă sau mai multe, foarte gălăgioase.
În rest totul a fost bine.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Welcoming receptionist, air con in the room is fabulous, any issues we had (leaky shower) were sorted straight away. Good pool area, only downside is the pools snack bar is possibly overpriced for the food you get and serving hours don’t go on after 6.30. Lots of options for food however. In a super good location for the bars and clubs, about a 6 minute walk. Recommend!

Pros:

There was big room for two people, I could park with the car free behind the building. The staff were very nice. There is an elevator. The bed was comfortable and big enough. The bathroom was big enough and there is a bidet. The kitchen wasn't very well-equipped, and the plates were dirty.

Cons:

The building is up in a hill it was hard to reach it on foot. The AC outdoor unit is on the balcony so you can't stay there because it's hot and noisy. The bathroom was full with someone's hair.

Pros:

Apartamento con vistas, piscina en el alojamiento, opcion de mini bus que te acerca a la playa (aunque no lo usamos), balcon grande y tenderete para colgar toallas y bikinis. Amabilidad en recepción.

Cons:

El mando del aire acondicionado: solo funcionaba la temperatura y tampoco estoy segura de que funcionara, por lo que no podiamos regular la intensidad del aire. Insuficiente para enfriar la habitacion del fondo, pasamos mucho calor. No habia cafetera. Para entrar y salir del aparcamiento (de pago) habia casi que bajarse del coche, nada practico. Faltan colgadores en el baño para las toallas de ducha. El sofa/sofa-cama nada comodo (ni como sofa ni como cama). La piscina cierra muy pronto (18h)... estamos en una ciudad que se hace de noche casi a las 22h, no tiene sentido con el calor que hace.
