Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good value for money

Mejor que en casa 🏠
Pros:

La experiencia en el hotel fue fantástica, si quieres esquiar o hacer deportes de invierno, es el mejor que puedes coger en cuanto a cercanía.

Pero sin lugar a dudas lo que hace este hotel ESPECIAL, es el excelente servicio. Alba y su familia nos han atendido de 10 por no poder poner un 100.

Gracias a ellos pudimos salir el último día debido a la gran nevada. Además durante toda la estancia nos han recomendado sitios para comer y rutas que hacer.

Hemos estado en casa a pesar de la distancia. Sin duda volveremos a este hotel.

Cons:

No hay nada negativo, como hemos puesto antes todo fue de 10.

Acogedor chale - hotel de montaña con un trato inmejorable
Pros:

La atención de los que llevan el hotel insuperable.
El hotel, un chalé de montaña en el pueblo muy bonito y acogedor, con un jardín que en primavera , verano se tiene que disfrutar a lo gránde.
Para repetir en cualquier estación sin dudar.

La habitación de matrimonio no correspondía con las fotos,muy pequeña y mucho frio,no se puede poner la calefacción solo de 7a 8 de la mañana luego de 7 a 11 por la tarde en una zona con nieve, ventisca y hielo, entraba un frio por las ventanas que tuvimos que poner ropas para aislarlas,comentamos esto al dueño y no hizo nada.La limpieza deja mucho que desear también,hay detalles que jodo...
