Great location, breakfasts disappointing. No tea:coffee facilities in room.

Breakfast was mediocre. Same breakfast everyday. Poor choice.

Cons:

Our room wasnt as shown on booking.com. We thought we were having a superior double room with sofa and chairs and balcony. We had a triple room with balcony. Disappointing. We were offered another room for disabled people but no balcony overlooking car park which we declined. Hotel said they only have four rooms with the sofa and chairs. Feel we were mis sold room type by Booking. Com

Hotel bij bezoek Plitvice meren
Pros:

De ligging dicht bij het nationale park plitvice meren. Het ontbijt is goed geen grote keuze maar wel voldoende. Dat geld ook voor het buffet. Het a ka carte restaurant is wel beter.

Cons:

Het is een oud hotel en zo is de inrichting ook. Het voldoet verder wel maar het zou wel een upgrade kunnen hebben. Volgens mij gaat dat na 2027 mogelijk wel gebeuren als het hotel ernaast klaar is met de verbouwing. Wat wel tegenviel is de gehorigheid. Je hoort werkelijk alles in de omgeving van je kamer voor het watergebruik van douche of wc naakt veel lawaai. Daar noet je wel tegen kunnen. Het hotel is nogal druk bezocht vooral voor èèn nacht door groepen dat geeft smorgens nogal wat herrie bij vertrek. Het parkeerterrein is klein voor het hotel en staat meest van tijd vol

Restaurant sur place. Bon restaurant à la carte.
Literie bonne.

Cons:

Salle de bain dans son jus. Mobilier pareil.
Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Café mauvais.
Le buffet du soir ne nous a pas inspiré donc nous avons mangé au restaurant à la carte et là c'était plutôt bon.

Sehr gute Wahl für den Besuch der Seen
Pros:

Top Lage für den Besuch der Seen. Man muss nur ein Tagesticket für den Nationalpark lösen und das Hotek verlängert diesen gratis für die Dauer des Aufenthalts. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das Essen im Restaurant ist in Ordnung. Grosses umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Delightful experience
Pros:

The location could not have been better. The facility had a very woodsy vibe and was very well equipped. The staff was very helpful. Our rental car died in the parking lot and we were having trouble reaching the roadside assistance. A gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get in touch with them. I wish we had stayed longer it was such a lovely atmosphere.

Pros:

The location is very good and you can access the park directly from the hotel. You can fall asleep listening to sounds of real nature.

Cons:

The hotel is becoming a bit worn already. The rooms are still like the 80s which is fine but require maintenance - fixing shower, tap, door lock and windows.
The staff has become a bit less tentive and does not pay attention to questions or doublecheck the conditions - our sofa bed was undone despite receptionist saying it has been made.

Situation géographique idéale mais hôtel assez décevant

La localisation absolument parfaite pour visiter le parc naturel de Plitvice.
La possibilité d'avoir un chauffeur qui nous amène directement au lieu pour prendre notre bus.
La boutique de souvenir directement dans l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le "spa" était très décevant : c'est simplement une piscine sans remous, pas suffisamment chauffé. Et sur les 3 saunas un seul était disponible. Le personnel du spa n'était d'ailleurs pas sympathique du tout.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas tres varié. Je voyageais avec une personne vegan qui n'a rien pu manger (et j'ai du demander pour avoir du lait d'avoine) alors que des options végétariennes et végétaliennes étaient indiquées.
La salle de bain était assez vielle et la douche était bouchée lors de notre arrivée.

Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Jezero for two nights while visiting the lakes, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to the park, which made it very convenient for exploring the area.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and good facilities. The only small thing we missed was having a kettle in the room. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and good quality.

The staff throughout the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and always smiling, which made the whole stay feel very welcoming and happy. Everyone we came across, including the park staff, was lovely and helpful.

There are plenty of places to eat within the park, although we found them a little pricey. The hotel’s spa and swimming pool facilities were also a nice addition and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in a fantastic location for visiting the lakes and exploring the park.
