Great Location for accessing the park!
Pros:

Great location for accessing the park! Super easy to get to the second entrance and make your way through amazing national park! The rooms are dated, but everything was in working order! Included breakfast was a very good buffet style spread. Coffee machines tasted a little burnt to me but still totally acceptable! Very family friendly, our toddler had a great time exploring the area surrounding the hotel! Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend the stay mainly because of the easy access to the park!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is not a 3 star hotel! The place needs a complete update.
Pros:

The place is really dated! The carpets in the room are so old that it was disgusting to step on it barefoot. The walls are paper thin, we were awaken by noisy neighbors before 6am. The smell in the room was horrible when we arrived. The air-conditioner was not working properly. The doors in some rooms are literally broken and don't close. The bath towels had holes in them.
There aren't any No smoking rooms.

Nothing good about this hotel except for its location and the people at the desk are very friendly!

Poloha hotela je hneď pri vchode do národného parku.

Cons:

Hotel má svoje najlepšie obdobie dávno za sebou, chcelo by to celkovú rekonštrukciu. Raňajky boli slabšie, navyše niektoré položky, napríklad pečivo, nedopĺňalii aj napriek tomu že výdaj raňajok mal byť ešte 2 hodiny.

Standard Hotel mit Top -Lage
Pros:

Top Lage zu dem fantastischen Nationalpark. Schöner Spa - Bereich und nette Sonnenterrasse.

Cons:

Frühstück deutlich ausbaubar. Viele Reisegruppen. Zimmer eher Standard.

Location can’t be beat. Reception folks patient and informative.
Pros:

This hotel is located very near to one of the Plitvice Lakes National Park shuttle buses, very near to one of the shuttle boats and very near to one of the Park entrances. Our room was on the lake side with a balcony, so we enjoyed a room service dinner on the balcony and comfortably watched a short storm coming in with thunder and lightening. The reception folks were very helpful and informative with information on how to best see the park during the time we were there.

Buffet dinner mediocre for the price $30 euro
Due to the location next to Plitice lakes, the cost for the accomodation (quality of room) was overpriced.

The location is the best to visit Plitvice National Park. You can take your hike slowly and wait for the tourists are gone, and the whole view is yours!

Pros:

It's close to the entrance 2. The staff are all really nice and helpful. The room is just a normal classic room, but it's quite nice. You can ask for a shuttle bus to the bus station.

Cons:

There is no kettle in some rooms, and there is not much entertainment at winter night🙃 cause they were doing renovation.
