Pros:

Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut !
Früstück war sehr umfangreich.
Service an Rezeption sehr feundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Ausreiched Gratis Parkplätze .
WLAN hat im ganzen Hotel gut funktioniert.
Kommen gerne wieder !

Pros:

You deserve to be 4 or 5 star!! Can't believe you are rated as 3 star only, service excellent in all kinds and I can't find the single wrong thing... maybe just shower in the bathroom, it's very easy to flood the floor, shower should be on the wall which is protected by shower screen not the one facing bathroom.
But by second night I mastered taking a shower with only a few drops on the floor.😀
Again thank you for amazing stay, will definitely come back.

Hotel perfecto para visitar los lagos
Pros:

Es el hotel perfecto para la visita a los lagos, con parking y descuento especial si eres cliente del hotel en las entradas al parque. Si tuviera que volver ( porque el parque es un espectáculo de la naturaleza ) me hospedaría en este hotel sin duda.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy antiguo y necesita una reforma.
EL desayuno y la cena. Se utilizan productos de baja calidad y escasa variedad.

Pros:

Aunque el precio es algo elevado, merece la pena completamente. La visita a los parques te deja agotado y tener el hotel al lado es muy cómodo, cuentan con piscina y sauna para relajarte y te deja como nuevo después de caminar por horas. Destacar también la amabilidad de las trabajadoras que además nos hicieron el favor de cambiarnos la hora de entrada al parque y la puerta de entrada para que fuera más cómodo. Puedes dejar las maletas en consigna que también está muy bien, te viene además un desayuno buffet bastante completo y te ponen una van que te acerca a la parada de autobús el dia que te vas, muy buena experiencia👍🏽

Great welcome
Pros:

This is a great hotel to stay at to visit Plitvice National Park. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the sauna was a great way to finish the day. The fitness center is surprisingly well setup.

Skvělá lokalita a dobré služby, splnilo očekávání.
Pros:

Na Plitvice se jezdí kvůli Plitvicím a tak je umístění hotelu hned u vchodu do národního parku optimální varianta. Ubytování splnilo očekávání, výborné bylo prostorné parkování prakticky hned před vstupem do recepce hotelu a krásný prostorný balkón s výhledem na jezero.

Cons:

Ceny večeře, kterou si bylo možné objednat v restauraci se nám zdáli dost vysoké, také možnost bufetu v ceně 30 Eur na osobu je poněkud vyšší, než poskytovaný výběr jídel.

La posizione del hotel è eccezionale a due passi dall' entrata 2 del parco. I servizi sono ottimi con parcheggio e possibilità di avere una navetta per trasferimenti. Carina anche la zona fitness, con piscinetta e sauna

La struttura è datata e dovrebbe rivedere l'arredo, nel bagno i sanitari erano davvero da cambiare. Prezzo eccessivo
