Hotel idílico para descansar y comer rico
Pros:

La habitación es muy grande y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Se nos retrasó el vuelo y nos preoararon un picnic para cenar muy completo. La gente de recepción es muy simpática y súper resolutiva. La comida exquisita y la piscina maravillosa.

Cons:

No cambiaría nada. El horario de comidas es temprano, como todos los hoteles que aloja a extranjeros.

Très bon séjour ! Je reviendrais
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec 3 piscines. Chambre spacieuse, propre, petit déjeuner buffet très bon (repas du midi et du soir très cher environ 30€/personne donc pas testé)
L’établissement est bien situé, 15 mins à pied du Yumbo, 30 mins à pieds des Dunes de Maspalomas et 20/25 mins à pieds de la Playa del Ingles
Pas de difficulté pour se stationner, beaucoup de places à proximité

Cons:

L’établissement est proche d’une grande route donc peut être bruyant pour les logements proche de la route.

Excellent hotel, clean and calm. Amazing food!
Pros:

If you’re a foodie and obsessed with cleanliness, this is your place!
The room, the public spaces and everywhere was really clean!
The breakfast and the dinner was amazing. The atmosphere was awesome.
And the staff were very friendly!
All in all it was an amazing stay! I hope they keep the quality because we’re gonna be there again next year!

Pros:

Todo. Es la tercera o cuarta vez que repetimos. La tranquilidad es el motivo principal por el que siempre volvemos.

Cons:

Si pudiera plantear un punto de mejora desde mi punto de vista es que hayan camas dobles, ahora son camas individuales juntas y a veces es incómodo si vas con tu pareja. Pero no es que no me guste, es una propuesta de mejora desde mi opinión.

Pros:

Lo más destacable el personal, gente muy amable y simpática con la que da gusto cruzarte cada día durante tu estancia en el hotel. Buenas instalaciones y muy completas, ya que cuentan con varias piscinas grandes, un gimnasio muy completo y realizan actividades diarias

No tengo puntos negativos para hablar de este hotel

Pros:

Resort bellissimo, perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax, camera bellissima e pulita. Colazione spettacolare, mai vista una colazione così abbondante, c’era tutto…dolce salato e cucinato tutto sul momento. Abbiamo provato il ristorante a pranzo ed era molto buono e prezzi super onesti.
Bellissima piscina, biliardo, spa e palestra. Ottimo lo consiglio davvero!!!

Pros:

el gimnasio me pareció bastante bien para ser de un hotel, deberían de quitar una máquina de espalda ya que había dos y poner otra máquina para completar el entrenamiento de otros músculos como por ejemplo una prensa para piernas.
Muy positivo que tenga una máquina Smith.

Cons:

un poco más de variedad en el desayuno.

What was great?
The staff:
Super friendly, polite, and helpful. It immediately makes your stay a lot more pleasant.
The swimming pools:
There are no fewer than 4 pools, and there are always plenty of sun loungers available. So no stress with saving seats with towels early in the morning!
The atmosphere:
It is an adults-only hotel, which (together with the lovely pool area) creates a wonderfully relaxed vibe.
The location:
Situated in a quiet area, yet at a great distance from the Yumbo Shopping Centre and the San Fernando neighbourhood.
The view:
If your room is high enough (like on the 4th floor), you are rewarded with a beautiful view of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas.

What could be improved?
The rooms:
They have seen better days and could use some modernisation.
Noise levels:
The hotel is quite poorly soundproofed. Especially if you are not on the top (4th) floor, you easily suffer from slamming doors and the scraping of wooden furniture. The busy road:
The hotel is located right next to a busy road, which can cause some traffic noise.
Distance to the beach:
It is just a bit too far to walk to the sea, though the hotel solves this well with a shuttle bus.

La tranquilidad. Un gym muy completo con amplio horario de apertura.El desayuno brutal.laa bebidas y snack del bar piscina a precios razonable.

Genial en general.
Pros:

La disponibilidad de hamacas, que la zona de fumadores estuviera a parte y señalizada evita la incomodidad de gente fumando en las zonas comunes, la atención del personal de 10, las camas muy cómodas, las 3 piscinas y la ubicación.

Cons:

La pantalla de la televisión del salón está casi a la altura de la puerta de salida al balcón, tienes que ver la tv de lado xq el sillón está en el centro y no cae una cosa delante de la otra. Que la tv no fuera smart TV para poder conectar Netflix etc.
A la piscina le hace falta un poco de música, es un sitio para desconectar pero algo de alegría al menos en algunos momentos del día se agradecería. El día de Canarias pusieron musica con degustaciones y la gente estaba encantada porque por un ratito se ánimo el ambiente.
