Atitudinea unui receptioner care a refuzat sa vorbeasca cu noi in limba romana desi cu alti turisti (ucrainieni sau rusi ) vorbea limba lor materna. Si faptul ca am platit apa la masa.

Un sejur relaxant
Pros:

Camera a fost curata si confortabilă, dar este adevărat ca am luat o camera delux cu balcon si jacuzzi. Mâncarea a fost foarte bună si variată. Piscinele interioare si exterioare sunt ok, in ambele locații ale hotelului, atât langa clădirea principala, cât si peste drum, in clădirea nouă.

Cons:

Apa este cam rece in piscinele cu apa dulce exterioare - am fost la sfârșitul lui mai si inceput de iunie. Seară la cină, toată bautura este contra cost, nici măcar un pahar cu apa. Personalul, exceptând pe cei de la recepție nu vorbesc deloc engleză.
