Exceptional
Pros:

The staff were amazing and helped with everything they could. They were also amazing with the kids and nothing was ever too much trouble. The villa is beautiful and very peaceful.

nice location , good potential but experience was extremely lacking.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff tried to be helpful. There's bathtub on every room.
The team was responsive to complaints. ( but IMO wasn't enough to have a satisfying stay )

Cons:

Extremely bad hygiene standards. Toilet was filthy ( hair everywhere ) , rice / noodle and unwashed cups and utensils were on the counter when we checked in. The staff did end up helping us to clean later on.

The pool wasn't cleaned and chlorinated prior to us arriving. The cleaners arrived at 5pm and told us we can only use the pool after 7pm. We ended up couldn't use the pool before we checked-out because we didn't want to swim at night.
Totally unfair to deny us the use of facility,.
