Familiaritat, qualitat i gran atenció al detall
Pros:

L'atenció al detall que tant costa de trobar (xocolatina a la tauleta de nit, atenció personalitzada a l'esmorzar, font d'aigua freda, sala de jocs acollidora, flors i decoració cuidada...), la familiaritat de la Gemma i el seu equip que ens ha fet sentir com a casa, la neteja de les habitacions impolutes (mantenen un estil clàssic bonic i molt cuidat, on tot funciona i és agradable), la qualitat del menjar en l'esmorzar (qualitat dels productes i varietat, per sobre de voler tenir molta quantitat però de menys qualitat). Tenim un apartament familiar a la zona, però segur que tornem perquè ens hem sentit molt tranquils, a gust i cuidats. Moltes gràcies!
