Locatie excelenta, cameră frumoasă, personal amabil
Pros:

Locatia excelenta pe o artera de mare interes, aproape de casa Batllo (5’) si de toate magazinele de firma, 20’ de Sagrada, 5’ de bvd. Diagonal si 15’ de La Rambla. Linie de metrou cu statie vizavi de hotel, statie autobuz 24 in zona hotelului cu care am mers la Parc Gruel. In autobuz se poate plati cu cardul direct la sofer, 2,90€/ călătorie. Atentie, nu va apare cheltuiala imediat in aplicatia bancara, ci a doua zi. Nu dati cu cardul de 2x cum am facut eu🙃
Camera destul de mare, baie spatioasa si curata, fereastra catre intersectie, bine izolata fonic.
Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil, am lasat bagajele la camera de bagaje in ziua plecării.
Mic dejun destul de sumar dar suficient, bun pentru o zi de vizitat obiective turistice.

Cons:

Micul dejun poate fi un pic îmbunătățit: poate bacon, omleta, miere etc

Memnun kaldığımız tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir oteldi.
Pros:

Tesise gittiğimizde otel odalarında bir problem olduğu hemen yan taraftaki hotel actualin de onların olduğu o tarafta konaklamamız gerektiği söylendi. Bundan dolayı o tarafta konakladık. Tesise gelince tesis öncelikle çok temizdi. Oda konforu banyosu yatağı güzeldi. Odada mini buzdolabı su ısıtıcısı kişisel bakım ürünleri havlular şampuan bulunmaktaydı. Bebeğimiz için odaya koyulan park yatak iyiydi. Tesisin yeri çok merkezi ve güzeldi. Odalar günlük olarak temizleniyordu. Oldukça memnun kaldık.

Cons:

Tesisin beğenmediğim yönü ise tesisin önündeki yol işlek bir yol zaman zaman gürültüsü fazla olabiliyor. Diğer taraftan odaya konulan kişisel bakım ürünleri odada konaklayan sayısı göz önünde bulundurularak koyulmalı. Bence odalara kullan at terliklerden koymak bu otele yakışacaktır. Son olarak odada bulunan sallama çay ve kahveler arada yenilemek gerekir. Örneğin odaya girdiğimizde 2 adet kahve vardı ve 7 gün boyunca bu kahveler hiç yenilenmedi.
