Exceeds expectations
Pros:

I had an early morning flight the next day to catch to Mallorca. The front desk happily arranged for a taxi to pick me up. Since the desk is not manned 24/7 it was explained to me that I would be picked up at the hotel next door where the desk is manned. The next morning just as I walked out the door of my hotel onto the dark sidewalk my taxi was already there waiting with trunk open for my luggage and the front desk staff next door greeted me on the sidewalk and made sure my departure went smoothly. I felt so safe and highly taken care of which meant a lot as a solo female international traveler.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, przed hotelem zejście do metra, wokół sklepy i knajpki.

Cons:

Jedyny minus był taki, że dostaliśmy pokój połączony drzwiami z drugim pokojem, przez co dość wyraźnie słyszeliśmy sąsiadów z pokoju obok.

El mejor lugar en Barcelona
Pros:

La zona donde está ubicado es genial, el hotel es muy limpio y súper cómodo! Realmente lo recomiendo mucho, si alguien tiene dudas, les aseguro que si eligen este hotel les va a encantar, se los recomiendo!!!

Cons:

En la noche se puede escuchar un poco de ruido de la calle pero no es inconveniente ni incómodo para dormir.

Great location and a lovely upgraded room with balconies.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right near Casa Milà. They also kindly upgraded our room for free — it came with two balconies, which was amazing!

Cons:

The room had a slight smell, but it was easily resolved by opening the balcony doors for ventilation.

Localización estupenda pero habitación asfixiantes
Pros:

Ubicación excelente

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, calefacción muy fuerte por la noche, sin posibilidad de quitarla. Las personas de recepción no fueron muy amables.

Buen hotel
Pros:

el hotel esta en pleno pase de gracia, la salida del metro es muy cercana al hotel. Todo está muy limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. la habitación era grande y con vistas al paseo de gracia.

Cons:

El hotel es ideal, no tengo quejas
