Pros:

Very friendly staff and excellent cleanliness — these are the two things I appreciated the most. The location is quite good too, especially if you enjoy walking in the park. There are several shops and a coffee shop nearby. The prices are very reasonable.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell coming from the shower drain. Maybe some kind of special drain stopper could help, as there’s a sewage smell.

Cons:

Както се споменава и в другите коментари мебелите са овехтели. Вярвам, че смяната дори само на матрака, би вдигнало цената и би подобрило преживяването. Защото определено се усещаще всяка една дъска. Поставяне на душ гел също мисля, че не коства кой знае колко. Но това, което наистина ме изненада е, че имаше 2 контакта в цялата стая - един за телевизора и един за печката.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr unzufrieden. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht, aber in einem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Da unsere Kinder in diesem Zimmer schlafen sollten, war es bei der großen Hitze sehr unangenehm.

Wir haben das Hotel kontaktiert und die Situation erklärt. Uns wurde angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, allerdings sollten wir dafür trotzdem 50 % des Zimmerpreises bezahlen. Da wir erst seit zwei bis drei Stunden im Hotel waren, fanden wir dieses Angebot absolut nicht fair. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, das Hotel wieder zu verlassen.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem Umgang mit unseren Gästen. Gerade wenn Kinder dabei sind, erwartet man mehr Verständnis und besseren Service. Leider können wir dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht weiterempfehlen.
