Lacks finishing touches to make it a 4 star rating hotel. Had a general feeling of being dated and in need of some improvements, eg curtain fittings, uncomfortable modern sofa, poor Tea Coffee Tray

Room was a great size and clean , big comfortable bed and lovely staff

Cons:

If im being picky the breakfast was luke warm at best and scrambled egg bit sloppy. But great choice of cereals , yoghurt etc

Overall, we had a wonderful, memorable, and lovely stay at the Dunoon Hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast room exceeded my expectations. All the cold and cooked food was excellent. The lounge, bedroom, bathroom, and every corner of the hotel looked superb.

Cons:

I don’t think there was anything that put me off.

Just perfect, Thank You!

From the moment I booked this stay to the minute we checked out i recieved the most excellent customer service. The Hotel manager, Charlotte went the extra mile to accommodate for my disabled mother and I. The room was perfect and very comfortable for us both.
The restaurant manager Bethan (i think) was so lovely and waited on us both like queens all weekend and was very tolerant of my mum chatting the leg off her!
Thank you so much for making my mum's stay just perfect and so memorable for us both, she's not stopped going on about it since we got home!!

Cons:

Nothing.
It was perfect.

One ot the best and we'll run hotels I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Pros:

Staff were very help full.
In regard to the parking, a number of cars had not parked properly ( taking up more than one space, these were mainly LARGER Cars)..
It needs a policy to ask people to park more consideratly
We did manage to get parking on the street very close to Hotel.

Bit of confusion re check in as hotel said not paid and yet booking.com confirmation to me said otherwise - anyway paid hotel direct and staff helpful especially as about to close for Xmas
