Uzasno s blagim zadovoljstvom

Osoblje u igraonici i u spa zoni je odlicno.

Hrana je uzasna, osoblje koje radi na dorucku i veceri je uzasno. Mobitel u ruci, a vama kazu da si sami donesete stolicu za dijete iako vam je dijete u ruci i nemade adekvatno mjesto za spustit ga. Samo sjede za stolom pored ulaza i tipkaju, namrgodeni kao da rade besplatno. Kvaliteta hrane i izbor su jako jako jako losi, to prepisujemo situaciji da je u hotelu bilo malo ljudi. Ali bez obzira na broj ljudi to nije moj problem jer ja sam smjestaj platila pa punoj cijeni. Zbog loseg izbora i kvalitete hrane nakon par obroka odlucili smo jesti u restoranima dole. Jer izbora za nase dijete (1 godina) nije bilo, nije bilo apsolutno nista sto bi njemu mogli dati da jede. Sobom smo takoder bili razocarani ali nas navodno nisu imali gdje bolje smjestiti sto kasnije saznajemo da je laž jer smo culi razgovor radnika da je u hotelu sve ukupno 30 ljudi, da su nam ponudili i da nadoplatimo za bolju sobu - pristali bi! Sveukupno jako smo razocarani bili.

A great week of skiing - would definitely return.
Pros:

In a good location to ski in and ski out and kept clean and tidy - pool and sauna area were nice. Easy to hire skis a the hotel and people were generally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Quite a distance to walk for lift passes and bottom of both gondolas and not much going on in vicinity to walk to as it’s half way up the mountain. Smoking in public places was not nice as it’s something that doesn’t happen in the UK so we aren’t used to it and the food at breakfast and dinner wasn’t hot enough but it didn’t stop us eating as you are starving when you get off the slopes.

Lokacija lokacija lokacija, na samoj stazi, hrana je odlicna, bazen i topla voda u bazenu, spa centar, obezbedjen parking

Male sobe, kupatilo koje ima cudan miris, parking se uopste ne odrzava u periodu velikih sneznih padavina, hotel nema kolica kako bi se unelo vise kofera odjednom jer ima i puno stepenika da bi se doslo do lifta. U sobi nije bilo ketlera i bilo kakve kafe ili caja
