The room was not clean, and there were many ants. I reported this issue to the reception staff, but no action was taken. The breakfast was poor. Although I clearly specified the company details for the invoice at the reception, the invoice was issued in my personal name. Later, after lengthy and contradictory discussions, I finally managed to have this corrected.

However, I was disappointed with the evening atmosphere in the restaurant and the staff who served us during dinner. The food was average and lacked anything memorable.
Regarding the room, the hotel urgently needs to address the mold issue on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. It's unacceptable to sleep in a room where mold is present in the bathroom.
