Outstanding food and staff, great hotel-gym, would highly recommend!
Pros:

All staff were outstanding, they were all genuinely friendly and always happy to help!
The food was AMAZING. We are not easy to please when it comes to food as we're very health-conscious, but the buffets (we had breakfasts and dinners included) were always REALLY good. There were also plenty of options for vegetarians (I eat fish, but no meat).
The gym had enough equipment and good opening hours to exercise.
The pool was also great, heated and big enough to swim laps.
We were there over New Year's and they really put a massive effort in to make it special, it was really, really good.
The stay exceeded our expectations and should we ever return to Lanzarote, we would absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

Cons:

We didn't realize that dinners did not include drinks (not even water) however tea was for free so we just had tea instead, wasn't a big problem.
There was no hair-dryer, but also not that much of a problem as it was warm enough to let my hair air-dry.

Exceptional Place for relaxation
Pros:

To be honest the whole complex is an amazing place, the design, comfort and the thought of relaxation has been fully taken into account.
The heated pool , grounds, gardens are spotlessly clean and constantly updating parts.
The staff on reception Andrea and Christine sorted out a slight issue I had and resolved in hours, excellent front of house.
The food which was buffet style again could not be faulted and the Xmas day and new year's eve spread was a seafood paradise, the chef deserves credit and his staff, waiters and waitress again excellent.
My room was serviced every two days, my maid was friendly and exceptionally thorough in her duty.

In the wellbeing centre I had a detox full massage by Sandra who made my body knit and stress free, very experienced and friendly.

The whole experience was a pleasure to be in such great company and made my holiday well worth going to Cassa Heddy

I will be returning that's for sure and enjoying this hotel again

Cons:

If I was to be critical may be larger heat lamps over the hot food.

And slightly larger bath towels, but for me very minor points against the whole experience

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijke personeel, bijzonder goede service en doen er alles om je tevreden te stellen.
Het ontbijt en dinerbuffet+live cooking, heerlijke verse verfijnde keuken.
Het uitzicht vanaf ons zonnige terras richting zee.
Oudejaarsavond +superbuffet - muziek- cava zeer geslaagd!

Cons:

Niets veel tegen, zeer tevreden!

Perfect for a peaceful holiday
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the premises is beautifully landscaped, scenic and spotless. The room was very comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. The wellness centre is just the bonus needed to bring this great resort to a 10 out of 10 for me. The proof is in the pudding with so many clients returning for the great facilities and services year after year. It is a peaceful, restful, and warm welcoming resort where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you matter.

An accessible place with a brilliant focus on wellbeing and therapy
Pros:

I liked the simplicity of the place; that the room had an outdoor seating space where you could hang your wet swimming clothes to dry; the Wellbeing centre and staff there were great

Cons:

The room was pretty dark even during the day; few lights which makes it difficult to read at night when in bed. We had an accessible room. The separate shower chair in the bathroom maybe for a disabled guest who doesn’t mind being helped while showering but for an independent wheelchair user a fixed seat in the shower like in wet rooms will be a lot more appropriate and more dignified. Also there is only one mirror in the bathroom which for a wheelchair user is impossible to use as hard to bend over the sink to put contact lenses. It would be useful to have a mirror in the room. There is no hairdryer in the room.

Es war abseits vom ganzen Tumult, dass man ruhig schlafen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ist für entspannende Ferien perfekt geeignet😄

Great place to relax and get away. Staff lovely and food excellenf
Pros:

Staff warm, friendly and welcoming. Pool area quiet and relaxing. Gym programe available and instructor very good. Ealk in to old or new town possible.

Cons:

Aware renovations going on but not advised what these were. Meant no access to hydropool or shower facilities in gym area. Was advised work should have completed prior to my stay staff very apologetic but due to no access to showers in gym area ended up needing to pay for late check out due to late flight

Lovely place, fantastic food, pool and staff
Pros:

The pool is lovely and warm.
Plenty of sunbeds
Great staff all round
Lovely food, we were B&B and I can’t fault it
Great disabled access facilities as my friend was in a wheelchair and could get around fine.
Comfy beds and clean apartment

Cons:

My only slight feedback is the location is set away from the main part and it’s too steep to navigate with a wheelchair by foot for us. However we used taxis and this was between €3-€5 each way so we got around fine.

Very good
Pros:

Excellent selection and lovely settings inside and outside. The older building has great character

Cons:

Dining staff were tourist weary, which we experienced pretty much everywhere in Puerta del Carmen, however the receptionists were excellent
