Disorganizzati ma gentili all’arrivo. Buona la posizione dell’hotel, stanza con vista panoramica ma piccolina e poco curata nella pulizia.. C’era polvere, soprattutto nelle parti alte come il lampadario, che è posizionato sul letto, mobili spigolosi e pericolosi, io personalmente per la mancanza di spazio ho urtato continuamente allo spigolo della struttura del letto, poco curata nei dettagli. Bagno piccolissimo, per disabili e senza bidet, All’arrivo ci è stato offerto un bicchiere di aperitivo, ma in camera non c’era acqua, cosa fondamentale soprattutto d’estate . Peccato perché le aspettative, leggendo le recensioni erano decisamente più alte

Scenic and welcoming.
Pros:

Great location, great views, Mario was welcoming, room was lovely, everything was clean, spacious. Plenty for breakfast.

Cons:

If there were any negatives it was I could hear next door using their bathroom in the morning and the kitchen/restaurant being cleaned in the evening. But honestly it didn't bother me much.

Would not come back
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel is at the mountain side so has beautiful view. The food at the restaurant was nice and had good size.

Cons:

The hotel owner was quite friendly at the beginning. But when I went into the room, I realized they gave me a room with the view to the backyard, while I booked a room with mountain view. When I asked the hotel owner, he seemed unhappy as if it was my fault. Finally he reluctantly gave me a mountain room, but it was extremely noisy and had poor sound-proofing. At night I could hear cars on the road, guests eating at the restaurant downstairs and people in the corridor very clearly. I could not sleep well despite wearing noise-cancelling earplugs. The bathroom towels were a joke, like cheap clothes rather than towels. Electric sockets could not be found, rather hidden behind cabinets. All in all, really inconvenient room setup.

L'accoglienza gentile e disponibile. La signora che ci ha accolto a colazione molto gentile e cordiale
La presenza di un ristorante anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Cons:

Parcheggio non prenotabile ma a fortuna che ci sia posto poiché posti condivisi anche con il ristorante.
Da rimodernare la stanza e il bagno.
La mancanza di prese elettriche libere in tutta la stanza.
