Pros:

El personal es super amable. El recepcionista un 10. Está situado en el centro del Grove. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado y las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

En verano se echa de menos aire acondicionado. Tenían un aparato para enfriar el aire pero no es suficiente.

Uncomfortable Stay and Poor Service

Cons:

We stayed in Room 208 and were disappointed from the start. The view was directly into another room, which made us feel exposed and uncomfortable. Closing the windows made the room feel like a cell, but opening them brought in unbearable noise. The small fan was ineffective, and the heat was overwhelming.

The mattress was uneven and tilted, making it hard to sleep. The room was so cramped we had nowhere to open our suitcase properly. But the worst part was the reception experience. When we mentioned the heat during checkout, the staff member became defensive and rude, cutting us off and refusing to listen.

Overall, the room lacked basic comfort and the service left a bad impression. Would not recommend.
