Perfect location for all kind of holidays.Just short walk to the Marina and short walk to the beach. You can easy take you to places for wandering.

Chambre propre. Bon accueil. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking en sous-sol mais uniquement pour les voitures de moins de 4 m. Sinon petit parking à l’extérieur de 5 à 6 places.
Nous avions la chambre juste à côté de la cuisine et salle du petit déjeuner donc réveil très tôt ( avant 7 h) beaucoup de bruit !!! Je pense qu’ils pourraient faire un peu attention pour le confort de leurs hôtes et respecter leur sommeil.
Pas de restaurant mais très bon conseil d’un restaurant à 5 mn à pied qui propose un menu à 25 euros pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Such a quaint, gorgeous family - type hotel. Lovely breakast. Smallish room but comfy and spacious balcony. Quiet. Nice staff. Parking free. So close to the beach.

Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Nicoletta et ce fut une expérience absolument parfaite. Situé dans la marina de Santa Maria Navarrese, l’emplacement est idéal : tout se fait à pied ! À seulement deux minutes du port, on peut embarquer pour des excursions à la journée vers les criques splendides de la côte — un incontournable que l’hôtel peut organiser pour vous. Un vrai plus !
L’hôtel propose également un partenariat avec trois restaurants locaux qui offrent des menus à 25€ (mention spéciale pour Lungo Mare, notre préféré, avec sa cuisine savoureuse et son ambiance chaleureuse).
Côté hébergement, tout est pensé pour le confort : literie ultra confortable, chambre très propre et bien agencée avec mini-bar, étendoir extérieur, nombreux rangements, climatisation, TV, Wi-Fi… même les petits détails comme les crochets pour les serviettes sont là. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai régal, avec des options sans lactose et sans gluten prévues — une attention rare et appréciée.
L’accueil est irréprochable, le personnel adorable et toujours prêt à aider. Et cerise sur le gâteau : le parking est gratuit.
En résumé : un hôtel charmant, parfaitement situé, avec un service aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Loved our stay here. Great hotel with a small courtyard area. Beautiful breakfast. Super clean and very helpful staff. Highly recommend to stay. Central to everything including restaurants and the port for ferry and boat departures. Lovely quiet clean rooms and a private outdoor area.

Our experience at this hotel was great. The staff, the room and the breakfast were all amazing. The hotel has limited parking available, but we had no difficulty parking in the surrounding areas.

Personalen, läget och frukosten var toppen. Mycket bra bemötande och trevlig personal. Tack för ni förgyllde vår vistelse hos er och Sardinien. Hotellet ligger nära aktiviteter, restauranger och en fin strand.

The staff and service was outstanding. The location is amazing and the town itself is charming. I enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning. The walls were thin making it hard for me to sleep, otherwise a wonderful stay. I’m also a light sleeper it might not matter to most! Thank you again for the hospitality.

It was convenient to restaurants but spent half day at beach and paid $25 euro for a seat and umbrella. Mens toilet locked and disabled toilet would not flush

The hotel location is near to harbor which is friendly to boat trip and there are restaurants around the place. Staff is friendly. Breakfast tastes good. One cannot expect ocean view in this hotel.

We’ve been at Hotel Nicoletta 2017 and it was a great place already at that time - but now it is just fantastic.
All the hotel seems to be freshly renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are absolutely new and perfect, every day the rooms are made up with a lot of care. Also the public area is perfect.
The parking garage is perfect to park the motorbikes safe and dry.
And bars, restaurants and beach are just a stone throw away.
But the greatest asset is the fantastic staff, they are so friendly and supportive, it’s amazing.
Making reservations, arranging lunch boxes, providing restaurant tips, they go beyond every expectation - thank you all, you really rock!!
Breakfast is fantastic given the fact that Italy is not the hotspot for breakfast foodies - here you will find everything.
If I could provide a 6 star rating I definitely would.

We stayed two nights at Nicoletta which had obviously undergone a recent renovation because everything about the hotel looked brand new. The staff were friendly, spoke English and were very efficient. The hotel is situated in the centre of restaurants and bars and is a few minutes walk to the marina from where the boat tours leave. Highly recommended.
