Could be incredible with better staff and a 20% reduction in costs.

Cons:

The staff and service was truly awful. They seem to have employed a load of young poorly trained staff who don’t know how to perform the role.

Far too expensive. Feels like they’re taking advantage of the remote location. Additional charge of £7.50 for room service (we ordered for our young kids), £2.30 for a small bottle of water, and so on. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Friendly , not much value for money
Pros:

Great staff food was great and overall great social experience

Cons:

Room was cold / heating didn’t work phone didn’t work in room to contact reception and they was busy every time we went down , bed sheets were unclean and so was the shower everything else was fine

Enjoyable from start to finish!
Pros:

Clean, spacious, relaxing, and staff always on hand willing to help. We experienced the tasting menu in the Vines. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Very beautiful surrounds, lovely room, friendly staff, pool is great (lovely and warm, nice changing room), breakfast was really tasty and good quality ingredients

Cons:

Found bed very hard (and I normally like a hard bed) with stiff pillows - didn’t get a great nights sleep. Also would have been good to have robes to go to the pool in
