Ottimo staff ed hotel tenuto bene.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, anche vicino al Samsara Beach. Hotel rinnovato all'esterno e in alcune parti interne, ben tenuto. Ottimo staff. Camera ampia.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo e in alcune cose semplici sarebbe ben rinnovabile: uno specchio migliore, un seggiolino piu nuovo. Aria condizionata funzionante ma secondo me i termostati sarebbero da rivedere (funzionava impostando sul caldo e non sul freddo), ma lo sttaff è salito per controllare, quindi cosa ottima.

Camera con arredi piuttosto datati. Struttura ben tenuta negli spazi comuni, ma camere lasciate un po' andare. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Abbiamo chiesto se c'era disponibilità per fermarsi una notte in più ci hanno detto di sì ma ad un prezzo tre volte superiore a quanto pagato per la prima notte...ridicolo... considerando che abbiamo trovato una struttura di pari stelle più vicina al centro ad un prezzo pari ad un terzo, per di piú, in trattamento di mezza pensione....siamo rimasti delusi.

Cambio struttura
Pros:

Avevo prenotato due camere in questa struttura ma purtroppo qualche giorno prima siamo stati spostati nella struttura vicina sempre della stessa catena hotel Grazie. Dopo un piccolo problema legato al check in ( Hotel Grazia ) e prontamente sistemato dalla responsabile dell'hotel Christian (Daria) persona molto professionale , abbiamo usato questo Hotel solo per quanto riguarda i servizi di ristorazione. Il personale di sala molto disponibile ed efficiente e il cibo davvero buono e sempre diverso . Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Pros:

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, camera semplice e pulita.Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare la camera già rinfrescata con il condizionatore già acceso, un piccolo accorgimento dato gran caldo presente di questi giorni. Parcheggio di fianco alla struttura. Sala colazioni ben organizzata e con vasta scelta sia di dolce che salato . Presenti prodotti da bagno. Ascensore.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo , ma come punto d’appoggio per il mare va benissimo. Un po’ lontano dal centro.
