Picturesque, friendly, warm and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Tranquil and amazing dinners!
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, staff helpful. Nice to have some hot food options as well as the continental options. Lovely coffee. Fresh orange juice good and the bread / pastries were the star of the show.

Cons:

Food the same every morning would be good to have a little more variety, but otherwise it was great.

Disappointing. I would return but would not stay on 4th floor.

Friendly staff and good location for buss stops or short walk to lift.

Cons:

Stay was for 3 days and had room on 4th floor. Bed is on a mezzanine. I am 6” tall and my wife is 5”4’. In order for me to access the bedroom I had to crawl up the stairs. My wife was not much better off. The shower was also in accessible.

The location and amenities were perfect for us and we will definitely return and also highly recommend.
Pros:

Lovely place to stay, owner and staff very helpful, good communications. Room was clean and welcoming and the food was very good each day. Close to Prodain Express as described.

A hotel with good value for money and an excellent dinner.
Pros:

An excellent location about a 7-minute walk from a fast cable car. In January, the ski buses have plenty of space and run there every 10 minutes in the mornings, and every 15 mins thereafter. On the way back, you can ski down to a point closer to the hotel, about a 4-minute walk away, so there’s no need to use the bus.

Cons:

French food is excellent, but there are still a couple of things that could be adopted from Austria: during a week-long holiday, there’s a real lack of salads and other fresh items, so a salad bar would be a wonderful addition. Another challenge is the late timing of dinner: In the warm season, 7:30 pm is an understandable cultural tradition, but for a ski holiday it’s far too late - for example, 6:00 pm would work much better.

וארוחת ערב מצויינת ברמה גבוה ביחס למלון שלושה כוכבים. הצוות שרותי ביותר ודואג לכל צרכיכם. החדרים טובים מאד. כמו-כן חניה חינם לאורחי המלון

לא אהבנו שהמזרנים רכים מדי ושמדי פעם בזמן ארוחת הערב לא היו מים חמים במקלחת

Another fantastic stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from bottom of prodains lift. Lovely family run hotel with extremely helpful staff and amazing food. Third trip and won’t be the last. Cosy bar and plenty of games to play on an evening.

It is an enjoyable place to stay for a skiing holiday. Good food and wine.
Pros:

The traditional cruisine served in the half-board dinner are delicious. Yet, the same breakfast for 7 days is a bit boring. The location is OK, walkable from the téléphérique in ski boots with skis and poles.

Cons:

The hot water supply in the bathroom is a daily problem at peak evening hours.
