Stanowczo odradzam i ostrzegam przed pobytem w tym hotelu .Zarezerwowalam tam przez booking 10 nocy od 3 do 13 czerwca .zaplacilam 3850 zł za całość .Dnia3 czerwca przyszłam do hotelu tam były klucze przygotowane wzięłam i poszłam do pokoju Okazali się ze klimatyzacja nie działa nie chłodzi a były upały ponad 30 stopni i lodówka również zepsuta .zeszlam na dół i poprosiłam kogoś z obsługi .panu nie podobało się że zwracam na to uwagę ale powiedział że na następny dzień zmieni i pokój i wszystko będzie działało a za dzisiejszą noc odda mi pieniądze .kazal przyjść następnego dnia .kiedy przyszłam następnego dnia powiedział że niestety nie ma tego pokoju tylko ten co wcześniej i da mi zniżkę więc zgodziłam się bo w pobliżu wszystkie hotele były zajęte . Niestety i do tego też nie doszło bo kazał mi płacić drugi raz bo stwierdził że nie dostał pieniędzy od booking . Ja odmówiłam to wyrzucił mnie z hotelu .Byl chamski i wulgarny nie byłam tam sama bo towarzyszył mi syn .zadzwonilam do booking bo zablokował moją rezerwację napisał ze nie pojawiłam się w hotelu .dal ogłoszenie ze mój pokój za który zapłaciłam jest dostępny do rezerwacji
Booking dzwonił do hotelu żeby oddał mi pieniądze Jednak on powiedział że nie zamierza mi ich zwrócić .Stracilam pieniadze i w żaden sposób nie mogę ich odzyskać .zostalam okradziona przez hotel

Stanza piccolissima,con poca possibilità di arieggiare. In giornata molto calda aria condizionata non funzionante. Bagno molto piccolo, doccia con pannelli che non chiudevano bene spandendo acqua per terra.

Bel locale, pulito, carino, accesso automatizzato tramite scheda senza presenza notturna ma funzionante. Bagno di dimensioni giuste con bidet.
Rumorosa l'aria condizionata e le tapparelle elettriche.
Curățenia
Ottima posizione, posto tranquillo. Camera pulita. Colazione abbondante e varia.
Dotazione scarsa di asciugamani, non c’era sapone nel lavello, assenza di bicchieri in camera e doccione della doccia mal funzionante.
Il personale è stato subito accogliente e disponibile, viaggiando con un cane, non è scontato.

Che dire: pessimo tutto! L'attenzione verso il cliente è uguale alla cerniera del cuscino: uno schifo! ( guarda foto ) Piatto doccia lesionato, anta doccia rotta, materassi rumorosi mooooolto rumorosi.... e si, loro dicono che è una camera per disabili....alla faccia dell'inclusione!!!!! se così si trattano le persone fragili pensa agli altri. Sono scappata e non ho neanche soggiornato, l'ho trovato troppo avvilente. A chi sta leggendo: fatevi furbi!!!!
