罗滕堡是我很喜欢的一个地方。这次的住宿也很棒！我们订的带厨房的公寓。房间打扫很干净。前台很热情。酒店门口不能长时间停车。酒店后巷不远、有专门的停车场。15欧元/天、停车很安全。住宿包含早餐。早餐非常美味、煎鸡蛋很好吃！完美的住宿地。希望下次有机会再来。

Hotel perfeito, parece um cenário de contos de fadas! O café da manhã é um luxo e extremamente saboroso e feito com muito carinho. Mas o mais importante é a simpatia, profissionalismo e carinho dos funcionários, especialmente o Cengiz! Não tenho palavras para descrever a gentileza e o cuidado que ele tem com os hóspedes. Sempre preocupado com tudo, com a nossa segurança e conforto. Ele nos fez sentir em casa e acolhidas! Nota 10 é pouco para ele. Um verdadeiro tesouro e a alma desse hotel milenar! Jamais esqueceremos essa experiência mágica

A bit more run down than the photos showed. Apartment was not in same complex and we didn’t really like it but the rooms in the main building were better.

Cons:

This is not properly hotel. There was no reception if you come late at night. (I arrived there around 8 pm) The one who takes care of me is waiter who run restaurant at first floor. But he is great by the way. I booked extra bed but they didn't prepare so the waiter come to help even he super busy downstairs. By accidentally, my husband offer to help him and end up with bleeding fingers. The room was so cold at 1st night so I have to ask for portable heater on 2nd and 3rd night. The smell from the kitchen at 1st floor is all over the place, even at my front door. Moreover, they've never replied message at booking.com. So I had to find their email to mail directly and asked for extra bed. I wasn't happy all 3 nights that I stayed.
