Our stay here has been one of the highlights of our trip. Which a beautiful property with helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

This property was beautiful! We upgraded on arrival to a suite and it was very much worth it. The staff were great and the suite was very clean. The location was also very good.

Cons:

Nothing, only that I wasn’t there longer.

Absolut zentrale Lage. Klein aber fein. Fine Dining Restaurant, auch ein 3 Gänge Menü ist möglich. Wir fanden es extrem lecker. Der Aufenthalt über ein Wochenende hat sich sehr gelohnt.

The staff was great. The young lady waited for us for a late check in. We didnt arrive until 9:30 but they proactively
Pros:

The location was perfect to access all the shops and stuff. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Not having an elevator was something I don’t run into often. Especially with the wife large suitcase. All the rooms used a physical key, which is charming, but just different, especially since the key lets you out the front door. I went out early in the AM to take some pics. It’s a good thing i didnt lock our room door, or my wife would’ve been locked in. So ask for 2 keys.

Ich werde Rothenburg wieder besuchen und dann in diesem Haus wohnen, dann länger als diesmal
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend zur Erkundigung der Stadt. Die Zimmer, ich habe auch das meiner Freunde gesehen, waren absolut top in die alten Gemäuer integriert. Das Problem der Parkplatzsuche wird durch das Valet Parking sehr gut gelöst.
Was den Empfang und den Service im Ganzen angeht, ich habe noch sehr selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter eines Hotels erlebt. Ich war geschäftlich weltweit unterwegs, der Service in diesem Haus hat mich echt überrascht.

Vielen Dank für das Upgrade, das tolle Frühstück und alle Empfehlungen.
Das Hotel hat Scham, ist sauber, eine tolle Sauna und einen verwunschenen Garten. Hier wird alles mit ganzem Herzen erledigt.

Super Lage im Zentrum, außergewöhnliches Frühstück mit viel Auswahl zum Bestellen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert.

Cons:

Zimmer sind schön aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch auch zum Flair des Hotels passt.
