I had a bad experience with the customer service during my recent visit. During my previous visit, I accidentally left my charger there. When I returned this time, I asked the customer service staff about it, but the response from a female staff member was very disappointing. She said she would check, but she didn’t even make an effort to look for it. I expected a more polite and helpful response from the customer service team. Unfortunately, the way she handled the situation left me disappointed with the service.
