Highly Pathetic.

Cons:

Worst Hotel Experience – Highly Not Recommended

WORST. WORST. WORST. One of the most pathetic hotel experiences I have ever had. The condition of the property and the lack of basic hospitality show absolutely no respect for guests.

My experience was extremely disappointing for the following reasons:

Room and toilet cleanliness was pathetic – both were dirty and poorly maintained.
Towels and mattresses were in terrible condition – stained, discolored and appeared to have not been replaced for a very long time.
Insufficient drinking water – only one 1-litre bottle was provided for three guests, with no proper provision for adequate refills.
No breakfast despite the high room charges.
Water glasses and kettle were stained and rusty, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective.
AC was not working properly, and despite raising the issue, no one attended to fix it.
Corridors were poorly maintained, with garbage and waste scattered around.
No EV charging facility, which is a major inconvenience for guests travelling with electric vehicles.
Full payment was collected in advance without even allowing us to inspect the room beforehand.
Most importantly, there was no sense of hospitality or concern for the guests when these issues were raised.

For the amount charged, the facilities and service were nowhere close to what a guest should reasonably expect.

I strongly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. Please consider other options rather than wasting your money and ruining your stay.

Bath room with sticking smell
No room service
The phone was not working after the complaint was not attempted to repair or change
We have asked everything and to get a towel , soap
There is no hot water at 6am in the tap to take a bath
The moment we check in, they are very particular to get full payment, there is no one at the time of checkout, we have keep card key ourself in the reception and come out.
Kettle was cleaned it is already with sticking small
Overall, I will not recommend this hotel again
