To support our sustainability mission, basic housekeeping will be provided after every 3 nights of stay. The trash bin will be cleaned daily.

- I would like to specially appreciate the staff on the night of 13th September (Sunday). My kid broke a glass bottle, there was no housekeeping available in the night, but he came up to help to clean, and the way he interacted is very appreciable. Forgot to get his name, and couldnt meet him again on monday morning.

All good with regards to the room and facilities.
When I arrived, I parked at the OKU parking lot because I have an OKU card issued in Malaysia. Also at that time, the OKU lots were free and I feel easier for me to unload my luggages. However, the security guard told me to move and park at the normal lot. When I showed him my OKU card he said it is a Malaysian OKU card, inferring that it is not valid in Singapore. Also, he said 'You can walk right? OKU is for people in wheelchair' True, I can walk but with difficulty because I had polio when I was young. If the ground is uneven, I may fall anytime. This is the most humiliating experience for me. As not to argue further, I removed my car and parked at the normal lot for the remaining 3 days stay. If there is someone with wheelchair who needs to park, of course I am more than glad to move elsewhere, but the OKU lots were empty during my stay in the hotel. The remark by the security guard was rude and humiliating.

A place to store our luggage for people who arrive before they are able to check in to their room.
Great place for a short trip to Singapore, very good location, bus stop is right outside the hotel and train station is a 5mins walk.
Place is clean, rooms are on average bigger than most hotel rooms in Singapore in this price range. Rooms are newly renovated and clean, pool is nice and big too.
The room was clean as well as the pool. The location is very good, not far away from the metro station.
Be careful when you are booking the room what you will get - we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids, stated the age of the kids (8 and 10 years old)... It was advertised as "free stay for your children". What we got was actually a room with two beds in the best case.... it was definately not comfort enough to accommodate family of 4, but maybe only 2 adults and one small kids.

Some guests smoked in the room. Cigarette smell came into our room through aircond air.

Мы забронировали 2взрослых +2ребенка 10лет, booking писал что нам дадут 2 дополнительные кровати, на рецепшене, нам сказали что нужно доплатить еще по 100 долларов в день для этой услуги, я показываю что я оплотил за 2+2 , мне ответили , разбирайтесь с booking, нам вы должны доплотить по 100дол. За день.

No hay opción de desayuno bufet incluído en el precio. Es de pago a parte y considerablemente caro.
El servicio de habitaciones cambia toallas, reponen una diminjta pastilla de jabón y no te hacen las camas ni limpieza profunda.
Que no hagan las camas me sorprendió muy negativamente.
Tan solo dos toallas de ducha para cuatro miembros de la familia.
