Proper room for price
Pros:

Room was spacious, proper pool available, friendly and helpful staff, MRT (subway) 5 minutes walking distance, a small supermarket (cold storage) 10 minutes walking distance

Cons:

Wifi was not working well, water pressure and temperature not optimal, not many eateries nearby

Pros:

前台接待小姐姐和男接待很友好，面带微笑，给人宾至如归的感受。一楼大厅有多个等待区座位，可以休息。楼道走廊很干净。还有自助免费接水（有热水和冷水）。房间干净整洁。

床太软了，睡的我腰疼。可能是我睡硬床习惯了

I travel solo so for me it was best location staff is really helpful

The mattress it was lil hard for me .. may be you can sleep but yeah for me it was it could me much better

4 day economical stay
Pros:

Location was great 300m from Underground, 100m to bus stop.

Cons:

We were not informed the cafeteria was under renovation, we were tired after a long haul and had to go looking for food. The staff had no real clue as to tourist information except go the the underground. No brochure about what to see, what to do, that was sad. They were very polite however local knowledge was missing.

Cons:

電煮壺漏水送交櫃台也未換新不了了之，，沐浴乳是空瓶，反應櫃台，給了一小瓶，住了3天仍未補充，捲筒衛生紙只有半顆，去櫃台再要一顆，應該是不會再去住了.

Comfortable stay with friendly & responsive staff
Pros:

The staff were friendly & responsive. Rooms were clean. Room facilities were minimally adequate.

Cons:

There weren’t any nearby convenience stores or food courts. Rooms didn’t come with breakfast.
