Pros:

Location is good, good value for money, facilities are good. Cleaning was done regularly.

Cons:

Check in took longer than expected as staff were prioritizing multiple phone calls coming in rather than attending to guests at the desk. It felt as if guests were second best and phone calls (some of which were lengthy) were more urgent. Not a very good welcome to the hotel upon arrival.

Vilamoura is lovely and if you want to be out of town the hotel is in a good place but not for me.
Pros:

The location was good, short walk to town and marina, it was in a residential area so nice an quite, the pool area was nice and it was clean.

Cons:

The room was overlooking the car park and was very much in need of a refresh, no facilities in the room, basic is a kettle, we stayed in 4 different hotels on this recent trip and all had a kettle but not this one. The breakfast was very basic only good feature was the pancake machine. Poll area had a bar but if you wanted a drink whilst at the pool you had to go inside which meant getting dressed to go and buy a drink, also did not take any money to the pool as wanted everything in the safe and you can not put drinks on your room you have to pay as you buy, again not the norm.

Great second stay
Pros:

Everything. Second stay here l, stayed at beginning and end of visit to algarve. Friendly check in great location. Very clean in room and rest of hotel and pool and comfortable bed. Br
